2022 explorer

Very professional and easy to relate to. Understood my concerns and addressed them effectively. I've leased a number of fords from this dealership and always felt satisfied with the deal. No regrets after purchase as well. My latest lease is quite the vehicle. More accessories than I know what to do with. Great explorer.

Service

I always have my oil changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles, this is the second time that the tire pressures were not adjusted after the rotation. First time I did it at my house but I went back this time. I went back because I was only 5 miles away. Manager took care of it and said that he was sorry but I shouldn’t have to mention it every time I have service done. Just extra time and gas to come back plus the car wash is being refurbished so no free car wash.

Picked up new truck on a Saturday at noon RR tire was 3lbs lower than the other 3 put air in tire on Monday and noticed nail in tread called dealership they said they would take care of it. Took in for service was told it couldn’t be fixed they would have to install new tire at my expense for $199 construction all over out there and will be the last time my truck is in that garage

Worst experience we have ever had

am in complete shock with this dealership. I have trusted and gave Tom Kelley glowing recommendations and business for years however it stops right here with the Decatur branch. I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau as well as For Corporate of my "service" on my F150.

Service department needs talking too

Buying experience pretty good but they say they check truck out with a great inspection but belt and tensioner squealed and rattled all the way home husband has to replace today there service people might want to pay better attention to things or there just lazy or not qualified

2019 Explorer

We purchased a new Explorer from Tom Kelley Ford and could not have had better service. We bought it long distance and Cody Eversman was our salesman and he was great. He made us feel very confident in purchasing a vehicle so far away and answered any questions promptly. Even made us a video of the car since we weren’t there in person. We would absolutely buy from Tom Kelley Ford again and we are from Tennessee and highly recommend asking for Cody Eversman as your salesman.

Purchase 2019 Ford Flex

My Experience Dealing with Kelly Automotive was Excellent. My Direct Contact Thomas Hawkins , Sales Consultant went way beyond expectations. He located a vehicle I desired, provided a video of Same with a competitive Proposal which I accepted. All this was done between The Kelly Automotive group's Northpoint Ford which was recommended by my Sister & Nephew, I live and work in Wisconsin & Based on their glowing recommendation I pursued their Kelly Auto Groups Services. The 6 Hour Drive was well worth the experience. I will do it again in a heart Beat, Steve Ulik

F-150 power tow mirror

The driver side power tow mirror was malfunctioning, it would not fold in, or out properly occasionally. Luckily when I first took it in to dealer for repair the service writer was able to witness the trouble exactly as I had described it. The parts were ordered, and appointment scheduled. Repair was made in the first visit and on time as promised. This was a warranty repair.

Ford F-250

The salesman made it a great experience, the dealership made a price error when they posted the vehicle online. They listed the truck online lower than their sale price. After much discussion, the sales manager honored the price that was listed online. Bottom line, great truck for a great price. Happy customer.

Tyler Montgomery & Andy Thompson were amazing! They spent the whole day working so hard to make sure we left with exactly what we came for. They both were very patient & kind.
