These are the best people to work with. They do their best to get the deal done and aren’t happy till you are satisfied. I’ve bought many cars and trucks from many dealers but Chevy of Columbus is by far superior. Thank you for the hard work and dedication especially your locals.

Great but sad!

Easy to make a deal, Ill give you 5 stars for that!! The truck i bought didnt idle smooth, was very rough. After trying to get the dealer to fix the idle problem they did agree to pay for the diagnostic. They cleaned the throttle body. The dealer payed for that too. I had to pay 129.00 for an alignment that the dealer should have done. all this should have been done prior to the sale! My problem is this, dealer put a truck on the lot was not road worthy in my opinion. Your mechanic and or sales men that cant tell a vehicle has an idle issue not to mention a steering problem. Im not sure what to say. I have to buy 198.00 for Coils 6, spark plugs 6 and new wires. In conclusion, I had to fork out 327.00 extra for what the dealer should have done. Im not mad but it's very disappointing. Chevrolet of columbus indiana has lost any future business from me.

Corey did a awesome job I have recommended this place to several people wonderful place and Caron was amazing as well wonderful service and was able to communicate and make things happen and even after my purchase checked in on me and even over the holidays thank you to Corey and Caron wonderful people keep up the great service

Best dealership experiences I've ever had!

I live in Colorado and have now made the trip to Chevy of Columbus twice to purchase new vehicles. I'll make the trip again if they have the next vehicle in stock that I'm looking to purchase ... They're that good. I obviously had to do the majority of processing online, as well as research and trying to get the best possible trade value from them for a car they couldn't see until the day I arrived at their location, and they were great in that regard as well. Kyle is the salesman I dealt with and he was totally awesome both times. He also joked that if I buy another car from them, he'd be willing to drive it to Colorado for me, and fly back, and I said okay. I was alone my first trip, but brought my young son the second time, and he really enjoyed the trip as well. Everyone that I interacted with at the dealership, from my salesman Kyle, to the finance managers, to the general manager was so kind and treated both of us like we were old family friends they'd known for years. It's rare to find that in sales these days, and even more rare to actually feel like the people you're dealing with are genuinely treating you that way, and not doing so just to make a sale. This dealership is hands down, the way every car dealership should be. If I owned a dealership, I'd send my employees there for training if I could. Since it's a Chevrolet dealership, I'd voice to GM leadership that this is a model dealership and they should strive for all their GM family dealerships to be this good.

Kenneth Wilkes was very helpful when I inquired about a vehicle I saw through TrueCar. He explained the vehicle, the options it has and sent me information promptly. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I am early in my looking but I will certainly contact Kenneth when I am ready to purchase.

Was looking to purchase a vehicle at this Chevy Dealership located here in Columbus,IN.Our decision had gotten to the financing and all went downhill from there.The financer Mr.Crowder made our experience not worth continuing on to get financed.So we stopped and took our business elsewhere!
