I've used Carriage Ford service department for many years now, and I have always been very satisfied with their service. The service dept. employees at Carriage Ford are very qualified, and courteous. They have a really nice waiting area, or at times I drop my Ford five hundred off, either way, they do professional work.

Great sales! Not so great service

Great sales experience however service experience not so great. The kept my car 2 days to do a 30 minute warranty job.

Fair and honest

I would like to thank everyone at Carriage Ford. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and through no fault of theirs had some problems. The service department went above and beyond with repairs. Dustin is a great guy. I still had reservations about the vehicle and talked to Mr. Dean Book. He told me if I had any more problems he would do whatever it took to satisfy my wife and me. Yesterday I returned and ask him what they could do. He did exactly what he said he would do. I now have a 2 year newer vehicle and there was very little difference in the price. I would also like to thank my salesman Jared Goodman and Chase Timberlake. Also a shout out to Derrick in finance. I would definitely recommend Carriage Ford to everyone.

Service

We have a 2013 Edge. The front passenger window was having streaks left on it every time it was rolled down. Took it to the dealership, they took it apart, oiled it and said it should be fine. About a week later it was doing the same thing again so we took it back. They said they would need to order a motor for it which they said they would do . They called about a week later saying that the part was in. We arrange to get the car over there and also told them we needed and oil change. We dropped the car off about 7:30 in the morning. About 2 o'clock that afternoon they called saying that they had ordered the wrong part. They ordered the part for the rear window on the passenger side and that they would need to re-order it. We went to pick up the car only to find out that they did not do even the oil change. A week later they called saying that the part was in for the front window. Again we took the car over at 7:30 in the morning and picked it up later that afternoon. However, again the oil was not changed. Now we have to make an additional trip over to get the oil changed. Not only that there but was a wire that they had disconnected in the door panel to fix it and did not replace it. So we had to make an additional trip back there and wait while they fixed that. Very frustrating.
