I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Lake Shore and my sales man, Mike, was absolutely wonderful. He was very thorough and without being pushy let me know what other options I had for my choice of purchase. I absolutely LOVE my Fiesta and would recommend that car and our dealership to anyone thinking about getting a new car.

Outstanding with Personal Care

Ours salesperson was Jim-----was very kind and personable....he took his time to make sure we were comfortable with every detail of the purchase....he made sure we understood what we were buying and cost involved with each item.....he took his time and even called us at home to keep us up-to-date on the timeline of the truck....he did an outstanding job.....would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to purchase a car or truck from Lake Shore Ford...Also, Don was extremely helpful in making sure the deal was something we could afford and done within the time frame which we needed...again, he is someone I would highly recommend to assist someone in purchasing a car or truck ---we have purchased 4 different automobiles from Lake Shore; they have always been very helpful with each purchase.
