If I could give six stars I would! The entire sales team at Foreign Auto Connect did a stupendous job at one selling me on my new BMW and two making the purchasing process swift and effortless. Thank you again Akeem, Dennis and Keagan, you all exceeded my expectations! I wish you all the best and I look forward to being a returning customer in person next time! Even through online/ phone calls/text ; experience with you having never saw face to face was still very informative and helpful yet super easy. I purchased a Camaro from back in December; Paul was the salesman I dealt with the whole time. He was a nice guy throughout the whole process. This was the first time I took a risk on buying a car sight unseen and had it shipped to me, so I knew the risk, and learned my lesson to definitely not trust the word of car salesman. The car was advertised in the description of their site and on Autotrader as having "an upgraded cam and Corsa exhaust". It was 100% my fault that I did not screenshot the ad. On the first call to Paul (which was the most important call that just so happened to not get recorded), I specifically asked him, "does the car have headers?". He said "no, I don't believe it does. It's just the CAI, Cam, and Corsa Exhaust." He later called me back after checking out the car and getting more pictures for me and said "oh hey, I looked and it does have headers." 1. Anyone that knows about aftermarket car mods is going to know it has headers. So, I don't know how experienced their "professional service team" is. Paul told me that they did some touch up paint work on the roof and the 2 mirrors. Never once mentioned anything about the passenger side door. He did a walk-around video for me (it was after it rained, so there is that), and told me the only issues he sees with the car is there's a small tear in the driver seat, and corners are the fenders are flaring out. Other than that he said it was Essentially spotless. And I was assured that their service team has inspected the whole car and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. During the walk-around video I noticed the TPMS light was on. They knocked $50 off the price because of it, and I had to replace the sensor. After I signed the papers Paul sent me, I got a call from Akeem pressuring me to buy the extended warranty. I continuously told him no thanks, I'm not interested. He would not take no for an answer, and turned a 5 minute phone call into what I believe was at least 30 minutes or longer. Fast forward a few days, car gets delivered. The delivery driver took photos before he touched it and after he dropped it off. After being told that the car would be washed before it leaves their lot, it was caked in bird sh*t. The delivery driver also said the tires were flat when he arrived and had to wait for them to fill them back up. The 3 photos I attached were taken by the delivery driver before he put the car on his trailer. The first thing I noticed when he dropped it off was 4-6 deep gouges in the passenger side door (1 of them is hidden on the bottom of the door handle). They were painted over with the wrong shade of green. You could clearly see it plain as day standing 20 feet away. I Even spotted it easily in the dark at 10:30pm. The door gouges was never mentioned to me once, as if they didn't notice it. But, the delivery driver obviously noticed. The same gouges and touch up was on the trunk lid near the SS logo as well. The roof that they said they touched up still had a dent and sizable paint chip right above the windshield, and the roof tracks were painted a total different green (their professional work). Then, on the fender there was a dent that I honestly wasn't too worried about. It's an 11 year old car, it's expected, but just he honest and tell me about it before I purchase it. Aside from the door gouges, the other thing that really pissed me off was the false advertising of it having a Corsa exhaust. It did not. I bought the car under the impression that it had a $1500-2000 exhaust on it. There's plenty more details, but no room. Long story short, they offered to pay $349 to fix the door, but after screwing me around & ignoring me for 2-3 months, they refused to do anything about the false advertising & lying. Wanted me to sign a form in order to receive the $349 that essentially states I'm not allowed to leave a negative review. I guess they don't care that much about their reputation. I strongly advise proceeding with extreme caution if buying sight unseen (especially from Foreign Auto Connect).

In my 65 years of age, I've had several nightmarish experiences at car dealerships. Well let me tell you,...this was the opposite. From start to finish, it was not only stress free, but actually enjoyable. Paul Adams is a gem. A true professional. He is genuinely kind, smart, and has a great sense of humor to boot! There was never any pressure. He treated us like we were family. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Akeem, the financial manager, and Andrew at the front are also topnotch. These are great, authentic people. Equally thrilled at having met them as I am with my new car!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Adams during the process of purchasing my Ford Mustang GT. The buying process was very smooth and Paul provided me with a Detailed Video of all he features/benefits of the car. It's easy to provide customer service when everything runs perfect but the true test is when an issue arises. The transportation company had equipment issues and was unable to deliver my car on time. Paul and Akeem worked together to solve the issue. Paul rented a trailer and drove over 6 hours round trip to deliver my car in time to surprise my wife. This was so much above and beyond my expectations and shows the commitment Paul has to his customers and to Foreign Auto Connect. Thank you for making this a great experience and finding my perfect car.

After purchasing my car (smooth process) and wire transferring the money to their account the communication stopped unless I initiated the call. I verified they received the funds on Oct 27, 2021 and as of today (Nov 4, 2021) they still cannot provide me with a scheduled delivery. Since they are only 170 miles away I should have driven there and saved $400 in transportation costs not to mention the dozen phone calls to them and the aggravation of not have my car. Poor follow through. Looks like I will have to make my own arrangements to get my car since they cannot seem to find a way to transport it in a timely manner.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Venza from them a little over a month ago and we are happy with our purchase. At first, we were worried because there wasn't any history on carfax, but when the car was finally delivered, we had our local Toyota dealership check the Venza and everything was cleared except the coolant tank was dry (not a big deal). We got the car from out of state so we did have to wait about a week. All in all, Akeem did a great job on answering all our questions and we would definitely buy from them when given the opportunity.

We just acquired a Porsche from Foreign Auto Connect, and everything was perfect! The car was as described, and even a bit better. The many photographs enabled us to view everything before we visited the facility and enabled us to evaluate in advance. The CarFax report was a bonus. Akeem Smith knew virtually everything about the car and was pleasant, helpful, and not at all pushy. John was so great to work with! Only have had the car a few days, but we love our experience with it so far. He allowed (and even encouraged) us to have it inspected by a brand dealer and a local, high-rated mechanic to be sure of its quality, especially since this was a first time purchase for us. He was very flexible, kind, and quick to communicate without imposing. The car also received fundamentally great inspection results from both mechanics, so we have every reason to believe they sold us a quality used vehicle. I live in San Diego, California and I had been looking for a particular model of car which I finally found across the country in Indiana at Foreign Auto Connect. Having had some unpleasant experiences elsewhere prior to connecting with these folks, it was quite refreshing to have been subjected to the complete opposite. I saw a nice black 2014 Passat S on cars.com, and went to check it out at Foreign Auto Connect. One of the sales representatives, John, welcomed me. I checked the car out and really liked it, and I got a great deal, so I decided to buy it (on January 26, 2019). John told me that I would receive the title in 2 weeks, and just like he said, I received the title in 10 days. As far as I understand, Foreign Auto Connect is a relatively new dealer in Bloomington. John was really helpful, answered all my questions, and was really trustworthy, respectful and polite. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I just love my new car. I would highly recommend Foreign Auto Connect to anyone who is looking for a car.
