Bad Customer Service, Communication, Don't Trust

onHands down worst dealer experience I've ever had. Was happy after leaving last Thursday in putting a down payment and negotiating price on a three year lease. After realizing they messed up on car (was not new, and had 6k miles on it) and could not deliver in lead time as originally committed, and after I had to drive any communication and movement, they wanted to re-negotiate a price. After comparing invoice less than $300 msrp difference but they had some transportation costs to cover that they wanted to pass to me. I tried escalating to the GM, and then corporate at Andy Mohr and was clear that customer service was not their focus. Empathizing about the situation, eating the costs (What I saw was maybe $700), and delivering on what was promised they wanted to point fingers at other dealers and really represented Kia in a negative way. Now after a week of wasting my time, walking away from deal as they clearly don't care and gave more than enough chances by escalating to GM and Andy Mohr corporate. Disappointing, and considering they dropped deal on a $55k car because they could not own up to their mistake, and eat ~$700 to have a happy customer and sale. Kia needs to teach this dealership what customer service is and how you own up to your miss-communication with another dealer.
