AN AWESOME NEW CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

My experience was awesome. This was the 3rd dealership I would visit before purchasing my 2020 Toyota Highlander. Customer relation was the best I have ever experienced. Prices were the best under the sun. Trade-in amount for my car was the highest I ever got from any Toyota dealership. The Team made my new car purchase completely stress-free and a very pleasant experience in all. This will definitely be my dealership for life!

2021 Supra

OMG best experience ever! I have purchased many vehicles from dealers in Indiana. Ed Martin of Noblesville the sales staff A+, Neal Graham our sales person A+, Eric Sargent GM made his presence A+, Tony Case Finance A+, even the guy that cleans your vehicle A. I asked to see the entire facility--no problem. Neal took the time even though he had two other customers. Now down to business, I have been watching the Toyota Supra since the 2014 concept car. I have visited 8 dealers off and on in the last 2 years. I have been asking to test drive a Supra. None of the other dealers would take them off the show room floor. I even visited one dealer three times and had previously purchased two vehicles from them in the past couple of years. I have heard the same complaint from other Supra enthusiasts. I called Neal and told him I would be up on Saturday. My wife and I showed up and saw Neal with a client--I recognized him because he had taken the time to send a video of the Supra you had in inventory. I introduced myself to Neal and he told us were the Supra was. My wife went to check it out while I was talking to another of Neal's clients about the Tundra he was looking at purchasing--I own a Tundra myself. Next thing I see is Neal driving up in the Supra. He immediately offered us the keys and said take it to lunch and see what you think. Now to all the dealers that would not take them off the showroom floor, I say thank you for sending me to Ed Martin. You thought your Supra was made of gold and not to be driven. It wasn't an issue for me to test drive the car I wanted to purchase and Ed Martin had a competitive price for the car. Ed Martin, A+ on this deal--I say thank you. I have dealt with dealers in Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio. One other dealer stands out in Ohio along with Ed Martin, but all the other Toyota dealers might want to take a lesson from dealers like Ed Martin because they are professional, love what they do, and you are not just another damn customer that may or may not put food on their table. Keep up the good work Ed Martin. Thank you Oh, we love the Supra...we've been shocked by the reaction from people that see the car on the street. We have had numerous people try to take photos of the car while going down the road and many thumbs up from other car lovers. We even came out of a shop and found people checking the car out. It's been fun.

Every part of my used car purchase was great at Ed Martin Toyota! I have been a Follower of Eric Sarjeant for many years. So glad that Eric is the GM at Ed Martin Toyota! Eric put me with Ben Norman. Ben was also great to work with. And made my Tacoma purchase very easy... Go to Ed Martin Toyota if you want to be treated with respect! 5 Star experience for sure!

I could not have asked for better service. As I waited for Neal G to finish with a customer, I was asked several times if I needed anything(a drink, assistance). I work in a customer service job and I wish Ed Martin could do training all over our area. Neal made me feel very comfortable during the enttire buying process. I know he goes above and beyond what is required and I appreciated it. I will be telling others to buy from Neal.

Buying a car online from Ed Martin was very easy and a great experience. Ask for the specific car I wanted, quoted me a great price, ordered the car and was delivered to me in two weeks. Financing experience was also exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly when I picked up the car.

Excellent Experience for Out-Of-Town Buyer

This purchase was the best experience I have ever had. I know that dealerships prefer negotiating in person, but since I lived 3 hours away, Derek M negotiated the purchase price and trade-in value through e-mails and phone calls. He was very helpful, shared information proactively, and always responded quickly to e-mails and calls. He sent me their best price without a lot of haggling and was not pushy when I needed time to make my final decision. When I purchased the vehicle, I arrived an hour late in the middle of a snowstorm and close to closing time. He brought the vehicle into the service area and cleaned it up so I could inspect the car in the heated building. When I met with the finance manager, all of the numbers matched what Derek had agreed to in the e-mails and they were able to find a very attractive interest rate! Even though the dealership was closed and the snow was piling up outside, Derek took the time to sync up my phone with the stereo and help me become acquainted with the vehicle. I wish the dealership was closer because I would definitely refer my friends and family to them. If you're in the Indy area, you should check with them before buying.
