Went to buy vehicle listed on this site,and other sites, as certified. After test drive was informed price listed did not include certification which would be almost 2000 more. I went into here looking at a kia optima listed at 14k. I arrive take for a test drive and really enjoy my ride. But when we sit down to talk numbers the salesperson informs us that the price isn't correct. He states the price of the car is really 6k more than listed. I was not told this in the 4 emails to the internet sales manager. He said it was a computer error that was supposed to be fixed a couple days ago and wasn't. Then he proceeds to try and blame me saying it's my fault by not asking if it was the right price. If it's listed as a price that is what it's listed at. So instead of owning up to there mistake and selling me the car at listed 14k he says the best he can do is 18k which was 4k more than online. He did not work with me on the price at all and it was their fault on the listed price and didn't own up to it. It was the worst customer experience I ever had.

I went to look at a used 2016 Kia Sorento sx awd v6 it had over 9000 miles on it the best price these guys wanted to give me is $33,000(rounded off to the lower amount) WITHOUT TAXES AND LICENSE INCLUDED. I did some shopping around and found the same car NEW WITH 0 MILES for $34,826, the sales kept telling me this car goes for $42,000, I told him I don't care what it goes for new its now a used car and he was referring to MSRP pricing, people never buy at MSRP pricing my advice is to be careful with these guys do your homework and walk away if they don't give you your price

You're bombarded by information coming from everywhere when researching cars prices! I have many dealers sending emails and calling offeringthis & that. I narrowed it down to 3 dealers, Willowbrook kia was the one that got my business. The other two were very good at providing information, but they didn't offer to get the car I wanted in before I came in to work with them. Willowbrook Kia had my car waiting, with a sign on it for me. It was really nice to get that treatment. The price was right and the people are extremely friendly from start to finish (started with holly the internet girl who set my appointment with Patrick my sales guy). I do recommend them and I love my wife loves her new sorento!

If you want a non-pressure environment I recommend Willowbrook Kia. My salesman, Jesse, was so nice and genuinely cared about what I wanted. Going throught the internet and getting a price quote first made it easy and scheduling my visit ahead saved lots of time.

My husband and I researched the exact Kia Sorento we wanted and found a match at Willowbrook Kia. My husband called them, asked about the specific car and told them how much we were willing to pay (based on the TMV from Edmunds). If they were willing to sell us the car at that price, we would drive out (about 45 miles away) to buy it the same day. They called us back and we made a verbal deal. Then they called us, when we were on our way, to say they were getting the car ready for us. They had it detailed, took the stickers off and had it ready for us to approve of before we even got there. Once there, the salesman was great. He went over the car with us, answered our questions and upon our approval quickly got our paperwork finished. Next we talk to the Customer Care associate - we figured we would get the pressure for add on's here. We were wrong. He did go over the total protection plan, undercoating, etc. When we said no, he did not push us! Wow! Never had that happen before! Now the Finance guy, since we took their financing. He mentioned the extended warranty but again when we said no, he let it go! No pressure! He even helped us lower our monthly payment by suggesting we use different incentives! Paperwork finished and we were done! Excellent experience - Staff was great and NO pressure!
