Great Experience!!

After turning in my old Fusion Titanium lease, I picked up my new Fusion Sport less than a week ago, love the car and getting familiarize the controls and SYNC3 which absolutely a pleasure and easy to use. The car is a "pocket rocket", handles great, a firmer European ride which I like, seats are comfortable no fatigue if on a long drive and learning to know the cars characteristics to get maximum driving enjoyment, no complaints!! I have to give kudos to Andy Ricci who made the sales experience easy to understand with no pressure whatsoever, and did not take advantage knowing I wanted the Fusion Sport; got very fair price that we were both satisfied with. Kudos also goes to Sebastian Badillo, the Willowbrook Business Manager; the best way to describe Sebastion he is the business manager I got to like, described everything in simple understandable detail, again no pressure and signed everything off and officially got the "keys." Last but not least Willowbrook Service department second to none took great care of me, Luis Giron terrific Service advisor, and the techs on point and also done correctly the first time ever having to go back for a fix. Techs themselves very efficient always got back a clean spotless car even though my service calls were for the 5,000 oil change and checkup. Highly recommend Willowbrook Ford for your purchases, I will be back for my next vehicle again for whatever it may be when the time comes to turn is my Fusion Sport at lease end!! I thiink thry got “scared” when I said, “ill be back.” (LOL)

Great Experience

The staff at Willowbrook Ford was helpful as always. Matt Talley was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features on the various Explorer models we test drove. When it came time to buy they gave us the best price right away and made the decision super easy. Matt and Jeff worked very hard to find us the combination of options we wanted and made the process very easy. Once we took delivery of our new Explorer, Matt was very helpful at teaching us how to use all of the new technology in the vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great Service

Came into dealership looking for a used Focus, Ben took me around the lot to review. Then suggested I might be better off with a new focus. As it turned out. It was actually cheaper to buy a new focus with all the rebates. The two other dealerships I visited never even mentioned that option

2011 Explorer

Once I received our car, I had wiring done for my boat trailer. When it was done, there was a mark on the bumper. When I asked if it could be fixed, I was told that it was a used car and there will be marks on it. Very unhappy about that. Salesmen good at selling the car but poor at getting problems fixed. You save for years to buy a car and to have this kind of problems is Poor.
