Buying a new car

The end of my lease was quickly approaching, and I was contact by a sales agent (Lilly) to disgust my options, I really wasn’t interested so soon as my lease expires in June, however after doing a test drive and given an awesome purchase option I new that it was time to drive my new 2024. I’m happy with the entire process.

Routine oil change

Not the greatest experience! Just get the feeling Taney are trying to get your money however possible. While sitting with service person another customer came up to ask about a charge of $269.00, he got the explanation that the service team had asked him if he wanted something checked so he said yes thinking it was just part of the service. Nope it was just to have it checked!!! Then the service person asked if we wanted to have something checked and when my wife asked what it would cost she said $269.00 just to hook up the thingy that you can get a done at most auto parts store! On top of that the service people asked if we want a car wash and we said yes, when we received the car back the car wasn’t cleaned, When we asked why another person said they don’t wash cars when it’s below 36 degrees. Hmm last I checked it doesn’t freeze until 32. Anyway service didn’t make it a pleasant experience!!
