Luis is the shining light in a flawed system

Luis was excellent. The process is beyond flawed. People who can afford these cars value one thing, their time. What is the one thing that is wasted because of a flawed system....time. We arrived at 9 a.m. and didn’t leave until after 4! The ONLY reason we didn’t leave after about an hour, was Luis. The left doesn’t seem to know what the right is doing, not only in this Land Rover, but in several that we have visited and used in the past. This tells me a few things; the brand is excellent because people put up with it to get the product. It also tells me the issues start at the top, because this isn't a singular experience, it's happened at every LR. There isn't legit competition to LR, so they don't have to be better. Know your audience and adapt appropriately. You are dealing with upper-end clientele, so treat them as such. I don't mean pamper, but value what they value, efficiency. NOBODY wants to waste an entire day in a dealership......NOBODY. There seems to be a disconnect between corporate and their franchisees. Truly wish they would hire a consultant to travel to their dealerships and give true customer feedback. Our experience was worse than an all day dentist appointment. Fortunately for LR, Luis worked there and we put up with it and ultimately bought a new car.

We just purchased our first Land Rover. After looking at all of the luxury SUV vehicles available. Ollie sold us on the Range Rover Sport. His knowledge of the automobile far surpassed any other dealer. We really appreciated his "no hassle, non pushy" sales approach. In fact, he encourages you to look at other vehicles! I strongly recommend Ollie!

Purchased a Range Rover Velar over the weekend. It's very sharp and handles beautifully! The technology seems intimidating at first but it's very user friendly. Our sales person was Luis Corral. He was very helpful and professional. We spent most of the day at the dealership and Luis provided all the necessary detail we needed to make the purchase. Good overall experience!

Hats off to my friend Richie Moffet who, prior to my leasing a 2018 Range Rover Velar, was just a great sales professional, now he is truly my friend. I say this because of the extreme care and concern he took in pursuing my interest in the Range Rover knowing that I been a Mercedes owner since 1998. In addition, he made sure that I had the best finance option that was competitive with the other brands that I was considering including Mercedes. My two close neighbors who are Land Rover owners will be asking for Richie Moffett at Orland Park Land Rover in the future.
