Just bought my 4th car today from this dealership. A repeat customer is obviously a happy customer. Whether it be sales or service, I have never had anything but a good outcome. Jeff Nonog is my sales person for the last three cars. He’s the best.

Love this place!

Everyone was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Bought a new Forester and literally was out the door in less than an hour and a half. Molly was so helpful and knew her business. She was very caring and professional. Bob made the final process quick and easy. I can't wait until my first service to check out the response and wait times.

Our salesman, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He could not have been more helpful through the whole process. Tony, in the finance department expedited the process and even helped us convert previous extended warranty from traded-in vehicle, to our new car. Very happy customer and recommend International Subaru.

A very good experience

The dealership was attentive to our needs and patient with our decision-making process (deliberate). Our sales team - from initial sale to closing paperwork - was attentive and eager to close a deal when we came in for final negotiation. On our initial stop we browsed the showroom and did a quick test drive. No hassles - we were left to explore without the feeling of being watched. We drove our vehicle a couple of times. We asked for a longer test drive and it was no problem. When we had questions, they were answered promptly or obtained answers through consultancy with the sales manager quickly. We had to come back several times due to our schedules and they were patient with us. Our sales consultant, Steven, was knowledgeable of the vehicles, the brand, was forthcoming and genuine: it made working with him comfortable. I’m looking forward to trying out a Subaru - 1st time owner.

It is absolutely not easy to buy a car, but the people here made things way easier. It was my first time to buy a car from a dealership, and it is my first new car. I spent weeks online searching for the right car and right dealership. Finally, I found everything I needed here. Everyone is nice! Sales Rep knew the vehicle(s) inside and out and answered all our questions in detail. Sales process was no pressure and open/transparent. We got a very fair trade and great deal on a new Outback. Sales Manager and other staff were friendly and welcoming.

Eddy Orellana & Carlos Uribe Were Great + COSTCO MEMBER DISCOUNT Also GREAT

Eddy Orellana was my salesman and did a great job of explaining the Subaru Outback options and understood my needs as a customer. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. Both Eddy (and his sales manager, Carlos Uribe) were very patient with all of the questions that I raised and responded to my questions very quickly either via text or email. I met with Eddy 3 times and Carlos 2 times during a 1-week period before giving a deposit on the vehicle that interested me. I still had materials to review and consider (e.g.: extended warranty), and I made final decision the next week. During the 2nd week, Eddy and Carlos both responded very quickly to my emails with further questions that I had. Ultimately, I picked up the car on Wednesday (which was 8 days after my first visit with Eddy). The car prep was well done on the day of pickup. Eddy also helped to set up the Starlink system (an add on) in my new car and also showed me how to use the most common electronic features. I will also be contacted again in a week where a person will train me on all of the electronic car features; I think that is good timing after I try out some of them on my own rather than trying to learn everything at once when picking up the car. Eddy also came in on his day off in order that I be able to pick up my new car and also have my brother with me to help inspect it. I sincerely appreciated that consideration by Eddy. International Subaru (in Tinley Park, IL) is an authorized dealership with the Costco Auto Program which resulted in me getting a GREAT discount on both the car purchased and the extended warranty. PLEASE NOTE: At International Subaru, you do NOT get the dealer's discount shown on their website AND the Costco Member discount; you ONLY get the Costco Member discount. During my initial calls with Costco's Auto Program, they told me I would get both (as well as any manufacturer discounts from Subaru); however, I finally found out that it is the dealer's discretion in terms of whether they want to give you BOTH the Costco discount and the dealer discount. I only received the Costco member discount, but it was great ... and well worth becoming a Costco member to get it if you are not already a member. I just wish that Costco gave me the accurate info during my initial 2 calls with them about their Auto Program. However, as a repeat Subaru customer, I was also able to get a Subaru "loyalty" discount due to owning 2 previous Subaru vehicles (Legacy Wagon & Outback). You just call the Subaru Customer Service number and request a loyalty discount. Thus, I WAS able to get both the Costco member discount AND the Manufacturer's loyalty discount. As you can see, I had a great experience at International Subaru purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback Limited with salesman Eddy and his Sales Manager, Carlos Uribe.

Pricing clearly advertised on website, honored current discount that was larger than during initial visit, no high pressure tactics, and overall just easy to work with. I paid cash and there were no issues or trying to reduce discount since it wasn’t financed.
