Everything from start to finish went smoothly. They respected me and my time, they did not lie to make, give unrealistic numbers in our negotiation, nor did they try to bait-and-switch me or push me into buying something I didn't want. They gave their fair sales pitches in a clear and informative way but at no point did I think they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes or gouge me. The actual purchase was shockingly fast - I was out the door in under two hours and probably a half hour of that time was my fault as I had some trouble with my insurance app. I dealt with them primarily online to start but the sales manager, John, was quick to pick up the phone and could not have been more helpful. I cannot recommend them enough especially compared to most of the other local dealers. They aren't like the others, they are so much better!

This was the easiest, no stress buying experience we have ever experienced from a dealership! Everyone was outstanding, Karlos K. And Mo and John S. our Sales Manager and even Carlos in finance made this process stress free and easy! No games, no pressure. We actually enjoyed the conversations we had with everyone and know we got a great car at a great price and we are confident the continued service at this dealership will be second to none as well! We will be recommending International Kia of Orland to Everyone we know!

10/10 experience . Jay is a man of his word got me out of my old car into a new 2024. Nick is so knowledgeable and incredibly nice helped me through my whole process to even explaining every feature on car to me and setting up future services. I had a really great experience purchasing my Sportage from here. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. And the sales consultant I was working with, Nick, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were lowkey without any hard sells or anything like that. When it was time to pick up my car, due to my schedule, I could only come later in the evening. Nick had everything ready. Just a few signatures and we were done. I would recommend this dealership highly. Thank you.

I was amazed by the excellent customer service! This was my first time purchasing a car, and I was greeted and assisted right away. The salesman who assisted me was Korols Karas, and he is awesome! He gave a detailed overview and explanation of the car and its features. Pearl Eiland also helped me out with paperwork, and she is super great!

Our car shopping & buying experience at International Kia of Orland Park was a very positive one. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a number of friendly sales associates. We were lucky enough to work with MJ. Although he was new to their establishment, his knowledge about our 2023 Kia Sorento SXP was very impressive. His personality was a perfect fit for us. He was not pushy and he was very transparent with pricing and options. Carlos was our finance representative was he was exceptional. He explored all the options with us and allowed us the time to make a decision based on our projected needs for vehicle service plans. The finance office can be the most intimidating part of the car buying experience, but with Carlos it was a breeze. Thank you International Kia of Orland Park for an effortless car buying experience! We look forward to many happy years driving our 2023 Kia Sorento SXP!

Our experience with Kia of Orland Park was fantastic. Our salesperson Christian made my fiancée and myself feel very at ease - he was likeable and upfront with us from the moment we walked in. He let us take our time, respected all of our questions, and took the time to show us every feature of the vehicle we were there to look at purchasing. There were NO hidden fees when we went through the purchasing process. What they said from the beginning of what the price was, was what we paid. During the financing portion we worked with Pearl, who was just as great as Christian. I allowed her to explain every add-in that we could purchase, but when I declined, that was the end of it. There was no persistent pushing from her after I declined, which I sincerely appreciate. I've experienced a lot of those things at other dealers, and have walked out on potential purchases from feeling uncomfortable and manipulated by salespeople and finance people during the purchase process - I got absolutely none of that from Internation Kia of Orland Park. I would send family members here to purchase a car, which is really the biggest thumbs up I could say about a dealership.

Great pricing, fair on trade, easy to deal with and great communicators. No hidden fees and even Pearle in the finance department was a joy to work with. I was in and out in no time with my new Forte. I love it. I would recommend International Kia to anyone of my family and friends. I am even going to have my dad go there to look at the new Telluride. Great job International Kia, you earned my business now and into the future.
