From the time we walked in six years ago until April 3, 2023 we have always been addressed with dignity, respect and professional courtesy. Appointment making over the phone without a hitch is a standard practice. The next time I want to by a Ford, I will only look at Gjovik.

After getting an online finance approval, talked with Jonica about what features I did/did not want, she found several options. Once at the store Mike was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. No pressure sales, which is exactly what I want in a salesman. Follow up and continued contact through the delivery and after had been superb.
