I had high hopes to buy from Anderson Nissan. When I questioned their power train warranty (as another dealership offered a lifetime warranty) and told them that another dealership would beat their price but I'd rather buy in Rockford, I was told you have a better deal elsewhere and dismissed me. I wrote the GM hoping he would correct the issue and I received no reply. I felt dismissed and treated poorly. I would never go there again. I wanted to buy there - think about that - guess they don't need customers.

These guys at this dealership (Anderson Nissan Mazda in Rockford Il.) treated me and my family like we were part of the Anderson family. In about ten to fifteen minutes, we agreed on a price and shook hands. And no, the Sales Manager didn't come out and try to give my wife and I a pep talk about buying the car when we were negotiating the price of the car like most dealership Sales Managers do. Thanks to Pete C., he got us the price that we were willing to pay and more and the 1.9 % financing. Pete even called me on the day that we were supposed to take delivery of the car and said he could save me even more money on the car if I waited to take delivery (purchase) of the car two days later. I was then told to come in and take the new car and come back the following Friday to sign the paperwork, which we did. Thanks to Pete, I saved another $500.00 due to another incentive coming out for the President's Day Sale. There were no games played at this dealership like the other ones that I visited east of Rockford.

We just purchased our second new vehicle from Anderson Nissan. We were so pleased with the service we received when we purchased an Altima 8 years ago, that we returned to purchase a new Armada. My husband and I both remembered Bill Barr's name because he was so great to work with 8 years ago, and the same was true this time. We consistenly had our first car serviced at Anderson and we were always pleased with the service and friendliness of the service staff. Anderson Nissa was one of the few dealerships we have encountered where buying a car was a pleasant experience - no games, no gimmics - just honest, good people. All of these reasons factored in to our returning to Nissan and purchasing our new vehicle. Thanks for being an honest and reliable dealership!

I had the best experience i have ever had at a dealership with brad. He was kind courteous and knew his product very well. He got me into a car even with my bad credit history. I would recommend him to anyone that i have met. I will be sure to send business his way every time i get a new car I will strictly be going to him. We connected on a personal level and for me since I am a sales rep i felt that i was treated the right way. He is not a pushy car salesman and found something within my budget that me and my wife love. I am so happy that i came to that dealership and i left with only a little bit more monthly payment that i had before and a way nicer car. Thanks again brad!!!!
