First, there was no attempt to give us a price quote, just an acknowledgement that they received the request. Once we were on the lot, it was quite a wait for someone to come out and greet us. My sister, who was looking for a car, felt that the salesman was not very informative about the vehicles she test drove and also felt his attitude was that of someone sure he was not going to get a sale from her. This is the second time at this dealership that she has felt this. So we chose to go looking somewhere else, where she did purchase a 2012 Avenger. It was too bad, because this dealership was the closest to her home and she ended up going 60 miles away to find what she wanted.
