Terrible experience, didn’t call me back 3 times and I had to go in there for help, forgot my original deal when came back to get my car. Terrible experience trading my car to them took months to pay off my car. Don’t go here

We had a fabulous sales experience with Abdullah. He was very knowledgeable about the Kia Soul. He explained all of the safety features and let me test drive it. He was very efficient and courteous without being pushy. He worked with us to get a price on the Soul which we were happy with. We also had a very good experience with the financial advisor, Sam. He was also knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We appreciate that this dealership is honest with their online postings of available models, colors, prices, etc. This is the second car we have purchased through McGrath. Couldn’t be happier!

My first car buying experience was horrible. The salesman was pushy, rude, and just wanted me out of the chair. Going to McGrath Arlington Kia was like night and day! Vince, my salesman this time around, was very funny and down to earth. He was honest about what would work and how they would work with me. When I went on a test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the Soul! I would definitely recommend Vince and McGrath Arlington Kia for any purchases!

Attention to detail

Disappointed at the lack of attention to deal they had. Small thinks like a $50 reflector missing, a seat belt not performing properly, no second set of keys or a bad wiper blade. Simple thing to replace to improve the quality of the vehicle being sold.

I went to look at used cars at McGrath KIA in Arlington and I found one I liked and I bought it. The process was easy and I very much liked my dealer, Bennett Trent because he was quick with answers and prices and I did not feel pressured. I was there for less than two hours and am very happy with the car I bought for my son.

Horrible service and hidden fees

Online price was fine but inaccurate, car was in decent condition. Went to see the numbers to find an extra $4,500 in hidden fees. Wouldn’t recommend even looking at a car here. Don’t waste your time! Find a real dealer!
