We liked a (used) car from Bill Walsh's website and drove 3 hours to buy it, sight unseen. We were told it was in excellent condition, and it was. The salesperson we spoke many times with before we arrived exuded such a pleasant attitude and knowledge of the vehicle. Our experience with the man in charge of finances who did the paperwork was flawless as this was a man who clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The feeling I got was that these people were experienced. Later that night when I'm sure all had long gone home, I had to call with an important question. Just 5 minutes later our salesperson actually did return my call. I am impressed with this dealer overall.

Would give this dealership 0 stars if at all possible! These guys are [non-permissible content removed] and have absolutely no customer service skills! We came from out of state for a car and they made our deal look great...until we tried to get it registered in our state. They did not put our state taxes in the deal when they were specifically asked to. Then, they were going to "re-write" the deal when the error was discovered...all without ever contacting us to notify us of the problem! They would not even let a worker in their finance dept call us. Even she was fed up with them pulling this stuff on customers. We discovered all of this when our DMV tried to charge us sales tax on a vehicle that we already owned. When we called to discuss the issue with them, all we got was a big "F-U...it's your problem; you are on your own"! I strongly suggest you keep right on shopping! I've bought a lot of cars and have never been treated so horribly by any dealer afterwards...they want my busness back; Bill Walsh will never have my business or anyone else's if I can help it!
