This dealership is professional, accommodating, Knowledgeable and friendly. The inside and outside of this business is well organized, neat and clean and offers comforts of various coffees, beverages, and snacks if you decide to wait for your Volvo. There is a Volvo dealer near our location however, we traveled Over 90 miles due to their large selection of vehicles. This is only our second interaction with Northfield Volvo, and we are extremely pleased with our interactions with all departments.

Efficient, engaging and pleasant staff

Fields installed roof bars on my new car, quickly and then washed it. The waiting area is pleasant and quiet. The staff is ,as always, friendly and knowledgeable.

What a difference!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for in your town take a road trip, we did. Our salesman, George, was Very knowledgeable about the Volvos that we were interested in, no pressure tactics, gave us options, was polite courteous and well dressed too. When we Selected our Volvo, George played a major role in completing our paperwork. We need to return the following week to pick up our vehicle and once again, George was there to greet us, Made sure everything was in order and gave us a personal walk-through of all the grate functions on our new Volvo. We also have another Volvo which needed a new emblem. Service and Parts were also excellent. What an experience, we didn’t get this back home. We will buy our next Volvo also from this dealer.

Above and beyond Service

Denise, service agent at Field's, arranged an engine rebuild at no cost to me even though my Volvo XC60 was seven years old and past warranty. I was provided a new car loaner while my car was being fixed. After my engine was rebuilt, the car performs as if it were new. Hard to beat that type of service.

Definitely one of the best experiences buying a car so far. Zoar and the whole team are just great. I treaded in a car and drove out of the dealership all in 2 hours. No pressure buying. All in all just great customer service.

The representative on the phone gave me clear directions as to what I should do when I arrive. Once there, the staff moved immediately to take care of my needs (replacing a recalled part.) The 1 1/2 hour job took them just over half an hour, and then I was back on the road.

Never had a bad experience with this Service Department. Communicate very well and always a pleasant interaction. Sometimes coming under original quote price. One appointment they noticed my front emblem was weathered so they replaced for free. Just a nice dealership
