I was interested in ordering a vehicle in 2022 and Gerald was the only dealer that was willing to discuss options despite order bank not open. Even though it took 18 months to get the vehicle a representative from Gerald would provide regular updates and reply to my communications quickly. I was highly satisfied with the purchase process thanks to TJ and Ed making it a smooth process and providing thorough information on my options.
