Great Service Response without Appointment

I had a mishap with my Crosstrek where I had driven the vehicle over a curb. I was concerned I might have done some damage and car might not be safe to drive. I didn't have an appointment, but my Service Manager, Matt, and the whole Service Department came through for me. They totally inspected the car and determined all I needed was a wheel alignment, which was done while I waited. I appreciated Matt's very calm, patient, and professional manner (I was pretty worried!). I also appreciated the safety focus. Thank you Gerald Subaru for helping me and your great and honest service!

The first thing that got us into you location was the willingness of you internet sales to actually send me an actual quote not just the window tag. With a price better than others.
