onI bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE from Dan Pilson Auto. I would recommend you try them out. My salesperson, Colby Irwin, was wonderful. He got me the price I wanted for my trade in and I got a good deal for me new one. The process was very quick and easy. Each form was thoroughly explained to me before I signed. Thank you to everyone involved in me getting my Hyundai. I would encourage everyone to try them out. Even if you think you won't be able to get a car give them a try. Their "if its Pilson, its possible" slogan is true.

onMy wife and I needed to purchase a more recent model car (with better gas mileage) to replace our 2005 Ford Taurus. We purchased the Taurus from Pilson's about 8 years ago and have been extremely pleased with our purchase. We have always trusted our auto maintenance to Scribner's Auto Service Center in Sullivan, IL. He has recommended Pilson's to us for more than 18 years. As our Taurus was showing signs of transmission wear, Joe Scribner recommended Pilson's once again and referred us to Debbie Dick. Debbie spoke with me over the phone and asked several questions to find out what we wanted in this next purchase. Sharon and I saw her on a Saturday morning and she had already lined up 5-6 cars for us to test drive. I have no doubt that any of these would have served us well. The first car she put us in was a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. We drove two other cars, but knew almost immediately that we wanted car #1. Debbie took care of everything and the staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process. We got a fair trade-in value for our Taurus and Debbie worked out a good purchase price. Debbie offered to replace the tires on the Fusion because it was needed and is taking care of an electronic door issue for us. When we brought the Fusion in for the new tires, we found that this included alignment and balancing. She even arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle while the Fusion was being serviced. A good purchase, excellent sales support and a helpful staff--it doesn't get much better than this. This is the fourth vehicle we've purchased from Pilson's and I have little doubt that we will return when it's time to purchase vehicle #5.

onI purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. Bree & Kristy were awesome & friendly. I had to get a vehicle in a hurry. I sent them my few wants & told them when I would be down. They had a SUV waiting for me to drive & when I came back with that one they had others lined up & ready. I really don't like vehicle shopping, but they made it very simple & fast.

onI called Monday and was able to get my '99 Ford F-150 in for service Wednesday. I drove the truck into the repair shop and told the Pilson agent that, in addition to an oil change and tire rotation, I needed them to check the air conditioning. The agent took the time to explain the cost and process of adding dye to the air conditioner. The service took about an hour during which I had cordial conversations with several Pilson employees. The price was as we had discussed and I was reminded to bring the truck back in as soon as I noticed any problem with the air conditioning.
