2019 Jeep Cherokee

I want to thank Terry McFarland for handling the sale of my Jeep Cherokee. Professionalism was exhibited from start to finish. Believe me when I say there were hiccups along the way. None had to do with the Dealership, all was outside of their control. Let me share a couple of things: First there was an issue because I had just moved back to the States and I did not have a light bill for a Bank...this is where Brandon (Finance) stepped up and solved the issue. Second, I had an issue because my auto insurance was out of Country, and Terry was great about trying to help with a solution. This was resolved as well. Did I get the best deal? For me it was. Some may think I did not try hard enough to get a lower price, but hey I had just flown in from a Southeast Asian Country over 9,000 miles away and I needed a car that day, and I got it done, no, THEY got it done even with the strange issues that arose. I highly recommend you buy your next Jeep, or any of their great cars, I drove one we were dealing on, my wife liked another one, so we changed the deal, I am happy, and they are happy.

On an end of the day purchase Dave Cox and Brandon Price helped me surprise my wife with the Jeep Wrangler Black Widow edition! They stayed after hours to make this happen and got me out of there in about an hour! I saw my Jeep online and was skeptical at first. Not because I didn't trust the dealer, but because I live 2.5 hours away. Was it really worth the trip? I can answer this easily...ABSOLUTELY!! I've purchased several vehicles in my time, and this was one of the smoothest transactions and buying experiences I've ever had. Zack was great, as was the rest of the staff. They even followed-up days later to make sure I was satisfied. It's worth the visit!

I took my car in to have recall work done the week of Christmas '22. They could not reprogram my abs module so they had to order a new one. 2 and a half months later the part came in. I scheduled an appt for Friday@830am. I told the lady that I would drop it off Thursday night before they closed and she said she's putting in a note so the techs were aware. I get there Thursday evening and the guy at the service desk says, "you're appt was this morning @830". I said no, I was told Friday. He said they will try and squeeze it in on Friday but they were totally booked(not my problem). I don't hear from them on Friday and I don't hear anything from them on Saturday so I call before they close. I'm told the tech working on it doesn't work on Saturday so it's just sitting on the lift and hopefully by mid day Monday it'll be finished up. Haven't heard a word from anyone at Pilson on Monday so once again I call them. Now I'm told their tech couldn't get one of the rear brake lines to bleed and had to order a part that they are rushing over and it will be there Tuesday morning so it should be done Tuesday afternoon. Sounds like he broke something because you don't need to order anything to help bleed the brakes, you're at a shop already, c'mon. Finally Tuesday afternoon is the first time they reached out to me this whole time to let me know it's finally ready to be picked up. Pilson couldn't even wash my car for me for the trouble. Maybe this is normal in Central Illinois but in Northern Illinois when you take your car to get worked on at the dealership you purchased it at, they wash your damn car for ya. Finally when I sat in the finance guys office I was told that with the extended warranty I bought that oil changes were already added into the price so when I bring my vehicle in I won't have to pay. LIES. And there's no record of it anywhere. I wouldn't purchase another car there or use their service center unless it's warranty work. My car was there 5 nights and they couldn't even offer a loaner. This place is a joke.
