Fair pricing and no BS or surprises

I made an inquiry on a CPO Lexus RX350 F Sport. Michael Miethke quickly contacted me and we negotiated a very fair price for such an outstanding vehicle. I went to look at the vehicle and it was flawless (pretty much the only way it will be given the Lexus L Certification). Less than an hour later my wife was driving it home. No games with Tony from the finance department. He got me approved for a loan at an excellent rate before I even showed up, and did not tack on any undisclosed fees. I will definitely shop at Lexus of Rockford for my next vehicle. I wish I lived closer so that they could service it too (I've had issues with my local Chicago dealers - I own 5 Lexus vehicles).

Awesome Experience

We recently purchased a 2013 ES350 on 1/18/17 at Lexus of Rockford. The experience was positive and professional from beginning to end. Our Sales Consultant, Keith Kruchten, provided exceptional customer service. Keith was knowledgable, patient and thorough in all of our interactions. Keith has a superior working knowlegde of the Lexus product and delivered an educational and personable service when addressing our questions. It is very apparent that Keith has a genuine interest in delivering quality services with integrity, and is indeed an asset to Lexus of Rockford. I had a great first experience dealing with the team at Lexus of Rockford! I traded in my 2008 ES on a 2014 ES (pre-owned) and I love my new car! My husband called the dealership and was connected with Steve Anderson to schedule a test drive. Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to work with. Chris Beto also helped us on another visit when Steve was not available. The dealership is a true example of a teamwork! Dave Pearson and Ben were professional and made the negotiating and paperwork side of the purchase painless. It was our first experience with Lexus of Rockford, but it won't be our last! Thank you guys!

I started my vehicle search online at Edmunds.com. after building my own lexus online, I was given the Rockford dealership as one of my local options. after a few e-mail exchanges I had a appointment with sales, test drove the vehicle, explained my choices in vehicle colors and options. from test drive to owning the exact vehicle I envisioned, consisted of three business days. very satisfied with the determination of the dealership to acquire this vehicle in a timely and professional manner. they kept me informed throughout the entire process without being over bearing. would highly recommend this entire staff. the professionalism of their entire sales team ensures me the service will be truly reliable to.

The guys at Lexus of Rockford are awesome!!! I got my dream car for the price I wanted and am in love with my RX350. Ben, Matt, and Ken were all extremely helpful and gave amazing customer service. I manage people for a living and I can only hope my employees treat our customers as well as Lexus of Rockford treated me. I have already been telling my friends and family how great my experience was. Thank you, guys!

Great Experience

Leased a Lexus IS 350 F sport from Lexus of Rockford. Worked with Chris Beto and Matt Jensen. Usually dealerships are a painful experience, but they made it easy and were really great to work with and very helpful. Chris was easy going and not high pressure which I appreciated. The price negotiation was a very easy process. Once I got the car, Chris was incredibly helpful, spending a lot of time with me, with making sure everything was set up and I understood all the features. I would definitely recommend them.
