Looked at a couple of different models before deciding on the GLC300. Found Product Specialist,Sid Rabin to be pleasant, courteous and professional. Most importantly, he knows the product and helped my wife and I make the right choice. A very pleasant expreience.

In 2002 we bought an ML320 from Loeber Motors which has been an excellent car. We decided that it was time to upgrade to a newer model no more than 2 years old with less than 25,000 miles. We looked at the inventory on line and Loeber had a vast selection. We contacted Joe Rupp, the Sales Manager, who referred us to John Mathis. Within a short time, John found a 2015 GLK 350 with 1320 miles that was within our budget. John made our day considering that we drove from Western Michigan to Lincolnwood. I picked up the car two days later. Took Amtrak from Kalamazoo to Chicago, and Metra out to Lincolnwood. John met me at the station. The car was serviced and ready to go. John had even programmed directions into the navigation unit so that I could drive home. Congratulations John, a job well done!

NEW 2015 E350 4MATIC

Went to Loeber Motors to start the process of returning my old C300. It was too small and felt the need to look at other cars. Loeber Motors was having none of it and put me into a new E350 at a payment I could not believe. The transaction was seamless, as you would expect from MB dealer. The staff was courteous and Anthony who sold me the car was extremely knowledgeable and a gentleman. All in all an outstanding deal for me. The car itself is a beauty to drive and so much more roomier than the C300. You won't go wronng with this car.

I just purchased a beautiful 2009 Mercedes C300 with only 39,000 miles, from Loeber Motors in Lincolnwood. Tommy Noda was an excellent salesperson, helping every step of the process run smoothly. The business manager handled all the paperwork efficiently & ensured I was covered with a 3 year warranty. I couldn't be more please with our new car and the experience with Loeber Motors!

Car sales rep. Dave was very good, we researched and discussed the options and features for our new 2016 GLE 350 and he confirmed what we wanted and the pricing. No price haggling and on the date of delivery informed him that the SUV should be ready for pick-up and paper work should be in place so that we do not spend lot time at the dealer. I must say that the experience at Loeber Motors was impeccable. Everyone was so super friendly- from the receptionist to the finance manager!! I also enjoyed Anthony teaching me the cool options in the car which made my experience even more world class. This experience was by far the best I've had dealing with dealerships. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers.

Loeber Motors - purchased a new CLA 45

The Sales Manager Joseph Rupp and Master Consultant John Mathis were totally professional. I ordered a CLA 45 and had very specific preferences for options. They know the cars and options very well and helped me to put together the the car exactly as I wanted. And it turned out exactly as expected. They are efficient, listened to my questions, gave good answers and were a pleasure to deal with. 2. They were honest and did not try to 'sell' me anything I did not want. Their advice was solid. 3. Everyone I met at the dealership was totally professional and on top of their game. 4. Mike Loeber runs an honest dealership. His leadership clearly sets the tone and standard for his business. 5. The car is simply amazing.

A good buying experience. They listened to what I was looking for and provided appropriate options. Touch negotiations but a good deal was struck. The after the purchase sales tips they send should come before the purchase - they are helpful just after the fact.

Excellent customer service and flexibility

I recently purchased a C350 from Loeber. Despite being from another state, and working the deal while I was on vacation, Loeber made it as easy as possible to get the vehicle I wanted, clean and in excellent condition for a very good price. I would highly recommend their sales staff, particularly Anthony, who worked very closely with me. He communicated with me throughout the prolonged purchasing process, and made sure all my needs were met. Great car from a great dealership.

Heard of them- could they perform

In my area the name Loeber means automobiles. I see them everywhere- billboards, license plate holders and dealership locations. Good visibility but wrhat about viability? This dealer performed- from sales to finance to getting the automobile ready earlier than it was promised- and that included the wheel locks ordered but forgotten to be installed. Lucky my sales guy noticed. It is too early for me to know what service will be like. Mercedes just don't need too much time being repaired. That didn't stop me from purchasing a four year maintenance contract or a five year tire and wheel cosmetic policy. I needed that extra degree of comfort. I also purchased this new policy which guards against cracks on the front window all the way to rips or stains in the upholstery. Finally the price offered, admittedly after a pleasant and gentlemanly negotiation, was lower than the one offered by the dealer I previously purchased my last Mercedes from. Shame on the original dealer as they made enough money when they sold me my S63 that they should never have been beaten on price- let alone a difference equal to the cost of the insurance policies added. Once we agreed on the price I then worked with finance. So easy! Bright, experienced and did not waste my time. And somehow the interest rate was cut in half from the time the financing offer was made and when I arrived to execute the documents. Not a bad day in all.

never goto loeber, i had very bad experience with them. first they ask you to come in with a low ball offer, once you get the the offer chages and Gary the Sales Manger is a [violative content deleted] if you know what i mean. I will never shop at any of the Loeber dealers ever again. They are not ever worth the time and effort to call them. They are [violative content deleted] and if the deal doesnt go through they put you down if front of all their staff. DO NOT GOTO THIS DEALER.
