Please Stay Away

Please read through a handful of the good and bad reviews before you purchase from Liberty, I wish I would have. I agreed on a price over the phone, put money down and sent in a credit application. When I got there it took me 20 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me and point me in the direction of my salesperson. When we sat down they tried charging me over $1,000 more than the price that was on the website and we agreed to. They agreed to honor the price and showed me a four square with my price plus TTL. I waited for them to process my paperwork and my salesman came back to tell me they have to charge me the destination fee or the truck is not leaving, in the tune of over $1,700 (price plus TTL as written on our agreement). They botched my credit application and with an 840 credit score I drove away with a 5.75% APR (refinancing @ 1.9 currently). They would not tell me my rate before I drove down due to “fraud prevention” and the F&I lady got upset with me when I questioned the rate. They also decided to add on another Processing fee of $303.60. The truck ended up $2,160 more out the door than we agreed upon over the phone and at the salesman’s desk. When I called to talk to the GM the following day after I had some time to cool off I was told Tony didn’t have time to speak with me so Mario the “Sales Manager” called me back. They told me I had to wait 90 days before I could refinance or I would lose a $1,000 rebate that I got, that is a lie, they didn’t want to get charged back for their reserve from the bank. I got lied to from the first phone call all the way until my last phone call. Please stay away from Liberty, I bought 5 new cars and countless used cars from dealers and Liberty by far was the most dishonest experience I have had!

Please BEWARE!!!

Please BEWARE!!! Don’t step a foot into this Stealership. If you decide to buy a vehicle from [non-permissible content removed] please take your time and look over your final pricing contract VERY closely. They use bait and switch selling tactics and hidden fees. They are a very shady operation. One of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had! We agreed on a fare final price for the vehicle (very long process, they stall and wear you out over minor price differences). They prepped the car and we started to finalize all the paperwork (that took over an hour and a half). We were excited about buying a new car. They had us sign a bunch of standard forms and talked us into calling our insurance company to add the vehicle to our policy. The last form they asked us to sign was the pricing contract. I looked it over carefully (which seemed to annoy them) and noticed that they added $1000.00 to the original agreed price!!! I asked to speak to the sales person we were working with and they returned with a sleazy looking “sales manager”. He did not introduce himself to us but proceeded to tell us that we didn’t understand the pricing. I ask again to see the sale person we were working with and the sleazy manager left the room to find him. Tired of sitting there for so long, I decided to follow him into the showroom. They had to page the sale person a couple of times (he was hiding). Once we were able to talk to the sales person he was all flustered and said he made a mistake on the rebate (not true). The sleazy sales manager was still rude and we walked out on the deal very frustrated and upset. The kicker is that on the way home they called us to come back and they would do the original deal. [non-permissible content removed]! I wonder how many people they rip off with these tactics. Very sad! Again, If you do decide to buy a car from [non-permissible content removed],,,,, please, please look for hidden fees in the final paperwork and don't be afraid to walk away at any time,,, it's your right. • Bait and switch pricing tactics • They stall and try to wear you down (very long buying process, 5 hours) • Rude and unfriendly when you question them

This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle my husband and I have ever had! Keep in my mind we had our one year old son with us and the staff even was able to keep him entertained. The staff was friendly and helpful, they didn't pressure us to buy anything outside of the budget we gave them. We got the exact Jeep we wanted! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I recommend this location to anyone and ask for Ben J., I really felt he cared about getting us the vehicle we wanted! We will be making our next purchase with him! I can't express enough how pleased we are!

lied twice

I needed a new truck that could tow my camper. Told them I needed to tow 7000lbs plus. They didnt have the color or model I wanted but said they could do a dealer trade. The 1st trade fell through so I was going to start looking somewhere else. Then they said they were driving one in from 2 hrs away. I took it based on asking them that the specs were all the same. They said they were there was no window sticker on truck so I didnt even look at that. 2 months later after towing it didnt feel right. So i just checked the window sticker. I noticed something that said 3.21 gear ratio. You cant even build them with this on the ram website only 3.55 or 3.92. So I called the dealer and they said no it was a 3.55 and said that must be mistake. I called chrysler and got the build sheet and sure enough it was 3.21. Now they have lied to me twice and I cant get a call back from management. I would not trust them or their tactics. I will be pursuing legal action and contacting the better business bureau.

Awesome Service

Many thanks to Ben J. and Royce W. on making our car buying experience one of the best we've ever had. Ben was super responsive to our initial inquiry and gave us an outstanding price via email. He was able to get the car we wanted from another dealer same day! Royce handled the actual sale and post-sale briefing. A true professional. Really knew the Jeep brand. The financing with Mark G. was super easy and no pressure. We couldn't be more pleased and wouldn't change one thing about the whole experience.
