Best Experience ever - again!

Libertyville Toyota has been my go to spot whenever I am seriously looking to update a vehicle. From the moment you walk into this dealership to the moment you walk out, you feel like a valued customer. I had purchased my 2015 Rav4 from them, and looking to update my car, I wanted to see how the 2024 Rav4 compared. All comparisons exceeded my expectations! The packages offered, design, quality, and the features included, were quite impressive. The experience was enhanced even more by the excellent buying process. Mike Almadadheh, was endlessly patient, and helpful. He knew that I had a specific number that I didn't want to exceed in monthly payments, and he and the manager worked with me so that I could get the car I loved, for a price within my budget. I never felt pressured at any point during the process. While I waited, I was treated to a spa-like experience; Mike got me something to drink, in pleasant and comfortable surroundings. He consulted with the manager, giving me a generous trade in for my 2015 Rav. Even when seeing to the car was prepared for a test drive, all the way to the end, he continued to inquire if I had more questions, or if he could do anything to make me more comfortable. And speaking of comfort, the facility is very comfortable, and all the staff are friendly. He went above and beyond in familiarizing me with the features of the car, but also just chatted with me, so I actually felt cared for as a person. He's contacted me multiple times, as has the manager, to see how things are going, and asking if there is any way that they can be of further assistance. I have found this to be typical of a Libertyville Toyota experience. Every time I have walked out of there with a new car, I say "best experience ever", and now I say, "Best experience ever - again!!" Thanks Libertyville Toyota!

Tim and sean

Bought a new vehicle. Tim Davidson was the salesman Sean was the financial manager. Both of them did an excellent job, making sure that everything was understood. Sean took time with me to explain what he put into the deal how it worked and a choice of I wanted the financing done. Tim spent a lot of time with me, showing me all the things on the vehicle and then I even went back the next day and he spent some more time with me showing things that we weren’t able to go over the night before.

Mediocre buying experience

Overall satisfied with the purchase. However i would have appreciated the salesman understand customer needs and given the best suggestion. It was we who asked lot of questions to confirm if this vehicle is fit for our family needs. Often we had to ask about different aspects of the vehicle by comparing others. Would have been a better experience if the sales man would be been proactive to explain the difference and comparison and technical aspects of the product. He was in more hurry to get the deal done. Not a five star dealer as shown in the ads

There’s Life in the Old Gal Yet

I purchased my Camry, new, from this dealer in 2007. For most all of those years, they have performed the required maintenance on the vehicle. My last service was to replace the front struts, springs and ball joints. I will say the car drives so much better than before. My only complaint is there was a sour smell in the car when I picked it up. I am in the process of trying to air the interior out. Other than that, repair work seems to have been handled well. Robert was a very good service representative.

2022 Sienna Platinum

Overall our experience with AutoNation Toyota in Libertyville, Illinois was a good experience. Our sales person Lucas Atkins was friendly and easy to work with through the car search and final purchase experience. We were disappointed that we were only supplied one key FOB! Lukas said he would check on the second key but when we checked back the next week he had not. However, he did get back to us in one day after we called him about it. We also asked him to check on why the car got a new catalytic converter with only 5500 miles on it. He didn't get back to us with an answer on that either. We've had the car for about two weeks and love it! We're having fun learning about all the features this car has that our other car didn't have.

Good experience but some some lack of knowledge by sales staff

Our new Fav 4 came without a garage door opener which was a surprise to us. It also came with a cargo net, but no way to hook the upper end and service people had no idea how to fasten upper hooks or even where to get the hooks so it is useless.

New Tacoma Off-Road

I placed a down payment in late September 2023 on a Tacoma 2023 Off-Road. I was told in late November 2023 that the vehicle was in the railyard waiting for transport. I was not told at the time that the vehicle did not include all the factory ordered options installed. The vehicle arrived at the dealership in February 2024. I was extremely disappointed to find out that vehicle did not come complete with all the factory ordered options installed. I had a Toyota VSPP (Vehicle Special Purchase Program) for employees and family members. After a nearly five hours wait at the dealership trying to use my employee VSPP. To my disappointment I was told that they did not know how to process this discount. I was about to walk out before finally reach a purchase price, This turned out to be very dissatisfying and stressful experience.

Good Deal and Good Experience

We did our research into the Camry we wanted. We called around and found one at Libertyville Toyota. We made an appointment and spoke with Lukas. Lukas was our salesman and we thought he was great. No pressure, let us decide how we wanted to proceed. The online price was already lower than advertised and we were still able to get the price lower. We walked out of the dealership feeling pretty good with the deal. It was certainly less than anything we have seen online before or since the purchase. The only thing that was not to our liking was that it took a loooong time for the paperwork and financing. A more timely paperwork process would be better.
