I have now purchased 4 Nissans at Ziegler Nissan in Gurnee. My salesman Ken was very helpful in finding my new Sentra SR in exact color and options I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and wasn't pushy. This dealership has a excellent service department. They have always had a loaner car available at no additional charge. Luis always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is takin care of. Prices are higher for services then a independent shop but I would rather pay alittle more for a mechanic who services Nissans all day long. I have been doing business with this dealership since 2012 and overall it's been a good experience.

The typical EV like my Leaf requires totally different service from your normal combustion engine vehicles and the Ziegler service staff are pros and can fix any issues that you can’t at home. Great work and always friendly too.

They originally brought out the wrong vehicle (not mine) when service was completed and the invoice showed that service was done on my other Nissan vehicle. I had to wait an extended period while they looked for my car and printed up a correct invoice for the service. Not a big deal but they should be more careful.

I highly recommend you go here if you are interested in the vast selection of cars Ziegler Nissan gurnee has to offer. Go and talk to khoi and he will get the best deal possible for you. Khoi hooked it up and got me my dream car and ran different numbers to make that dream a reality. Thank you Khoi and Ziegler nissan for the hospitality and customer service.

The 'Ol Bait and Switch at Zeigler Nissan

Here is how they play the game. You click the box next to the already low MSRP to get Zeigler's Best Price. Someone (usually a female) will email and call you. You arrange to look at the car, but suddenly the sweet sounding young lady you spoke with on the phone has "left for the day, or is with another client." Well, not wanting her to miss out on a commission, you offer to wait, and you'll get the excuse that they'll give her the commission, yada yada. That low MSRP price that they advertise (and then offer to beat) is $2K-$3K less than what they will attempt to get out of you with "add ons" like a $2000 "reconditioning fee." Their advertised MSRP is a lie. It's just a ploy to get you on the lot where they will attempt to jack up the price or switch you to another vehicle. The first words out of the salesman's mouth were " When's the last time you bought a car" "You know that there's a chip shortage going on right now." Me "What's that got to do with your inability to correctly state the correct price on a 6 year old vehicle." Don't waste your time with a dishonest dealer. This is coming from corporate not some rogue sales people.

My daughter and I stopped in to just look at what might be available as far as a new car, with lower payments than I was previously paying. I think the good Lord sent the right man to speak to us, Jay jaber, a wonderful Christian man. He could not have been any nicer and knowledgeable about how to help us find the perfect car for me. He seemed to know everything, and brought the best car and the best deal ever.Not only do I now have a brand new car 2020, but yes my payments are lower, did I mention LOWER. I could not be happier!! If you want kind people and knowledgeable people and HONEST people to help you find what you are looking for in a car go see the folks at Zeigler, mainly Mr. Jay, he will do his best to meet ALL your wants,needs and desires! Yes I am a forever a Nissan fan!!! By the way I got a Rogue Sport, great for me!

I recently purchased a 2020, Nissan Altima through Zeigler nissan. From the time I set foot on the lot I felt comfortable and knew that the quality of product that was being presented was top notch. I was greeted by ken and his laid back personality made my feel at ease and I knew that I would feel comfortable buying from him.His professionalism also remaining transparent and sociable was awesome. ken carries himself well and talks to his customers like they’re real people. From experience, this goes a long way and these are the kind of people you want on the frontlines for your company. Scam alert!

***SCAM ALERT*** I saw a car online that I thought was a great deal. I contacted the dealership but they told me someone left a deposit but they would still sell it to me if I paid an extra $5,000 for some accessories. Seriously? I decided to keep searching and came across another similar vehicle at the same store and again contacted them. They gave me the exact same story about a deposit and the extra floormats for $5,000. This obviously seemed way too coincidental so I inquired about a few more and again the same story. This is why people don't trust car dealers. Their whole operation is just a big scam. Why waste my time? Just put the real price instead of all this back and forth nonsense. I believe there is probably some honest places out there. I will definitely add Zeigler to my list of places I would never shop at and let all my friends and family know the same.

My husband and I recently visited Zeigler Nissan of Gurnee’s service department for the first time. We are happy to report that we received excellent service. The main reason our experience was so positive was because of the quality of service we received from Service Advisor, Coryna Cardenas. From the time we walked into the service center to the time my husband picked up our vehicle, she was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous to us. Being fairly new to the area, we were looking for a Nissan dealership to establish a relationship with and have our Nissan vehicle regularly serviced. It is because of Coryna’s care for us and our vehicle that we will be back and look forward to possibly purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Thanks Coryna for giving us an amazing first impression.

I came in looking at a used 2014 Mazda 6 and was kindly greeted by Victor Hernandez. The process went fairly smooth and he was very helpful, along with Kenny the sales manager. I was in love with the car so I didn’t need much persuasion but they were very kind and willing to work on pricing and what not with us. It’s my first big girl car so it was an experience and a pleasant one at that. I never felt like I was being pushed into the sale or that I was being taken advantage of. Victor has been super helpful with the whole process and even getting my car serviced right away. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Victor if you’re in the market for a car!

Go here for all your Nissan needs!!! No where else. They treat you like family and are straightforward and helpful- no bs just facts and stellar customer service. I came in for an oil change- mentioned I had a warranty they immediately put me in a loaner, found evertrying with an issue 95 % was still covered under my extended gold-star warranty- they saved me $$$$$ (thousands of dollars) I am so grateful to them! When you go ask for Austin and Kurt!!! Love those guys😘😘
