Excellent Sales Profressional

I am satisfied with the services provided by Rafal and Business Development manager along with Larry. They are not trying to impose their inventory to the customer. Rather they are trying to understand the customer need and suggesting the appropriate vehicle with in their budget and need.

Buying a new car at Muller Honda during the pandemic was simple. We did most of our research on line and over the phone. When it was time to buy, we came in to a showroom that was limited to 2 families. Everyone was very respectful of social distancing and our salesperson (Jeff) was great. The price was good and the experience was great

They did it again!

I always buy my cars at Muller Honda, new, used or leased. This dealership is above and beyond all others. I have had many wonderful experiences with Muller Honda. This time, I was worried that maybe my trade in was insufficient since I still owed money on it. I also had very little to put down.I needed to keep the new car payment in my tight budget or else I it would not work out. I met with Jeffery J. Caryl of Muller Honda, and you know what? He worked it out for me. The financing department was able to pay off my old car loan with my trade in, I was able to purchase the used car I wanted (new to me) and the payment is within the budget range that I requested that Jeffery try to stay within. Muller Honda did not disappoint me, in fact, I am thrilled. Thanks Jeffery!

This is my third new Honda purchase experience. Muller Honda is the best place to get yourself a new Honda too. They have an excellent staff and unbelievable customer service. I could not have had a more pleasant experience if it was not for two specific gentlemen. Alfredo and Greg feel like the backbone of the dealership. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
