onOwner's son and salesman had excellent knowledge of the vehicle, especially the new onboard sync features and was (is) able to explain and demonstrate these features to his customers (us!). Financial transaction department was easy and followed through on the commitments to trade in previous model with a fair price.Overall experience was outstanding. We would never consider a car purchase at any other dealer or showroom.

onThe "repair" done to "resolve" the issue was to bypass the initial problem for another one. I had to take the vehicle back to HP Ford for a 3rd time and the mechanic reconnected the supposed faulty disconnected part. Fixing something by breaking something else is simply not a repair. The owner of HP Ford was angry with ME because I didn't give him a 4th opportunity to fix something he tried to fix on 3 previous occasions. Who would? I finally took the vehicle to another Ford dealer because the initial problem reappeared after the disconnected part was reconnected. Bredemann Ford diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and repaired it in 20 minutes. The 12V battery was the fault and as soon as the service writer looked at the dashboard and listened to my description of the symptoms, he knew the problem. "Its a common issue with a bad 12V battery that certain electrical items in the car stop working", he said and a quick check of the battery condition confirmed everything. The entire cost with parts (a battery) was the same as the diagnostic charge at HP Ford. I asked the owner for a refund because they never repaired or diagnosed the car correctly. He stubbornly refused to refund the fraudulent charges and likewise refused to talk to the Customer Care or Service Writer to discover the real problem. Had I let HP ford fix the car on the initial $575 estimate for a $125 unneeded trunk latch, I still would have had to replace the 12V battery. So the entire repair at HP Ford would have been about $900.00 - $1000.00 if i was lucky. As I said before, there are some good people there, but all answer to the owner. So if you have an issue, you are not going to get it resolved in the corner office. Save yourself time,money and aggravation; shop elsewhere.

onThis dealership is untrustworthy, unethical and does deserve your business. I went in for a simple repair, they were 4X the cost of other reliable vendors. The issue resolved itself before I authorized a repair. And even though it didn't need repair, HP Ford still attempted to sell me the overpriced repair anyway. All I requested was a written estimate and my keys and they would not release my car without insisting I pay a bill for "diagnosis" that was more than the estimates for the complete repair elsewhere. The diagnosis was unneeded and 4 times longer than the book time for the repair. I come from the Automotive market and I know and understand the business. This dealership does NOT deserve yours, ever. They attempted to explain their action by saying their work would have been better than other vendors. Not likely

Couldn't have been better!!

onAs with most car buyers, we came to the lot ready to fight and argue over prices, pushiness, etc. We were so completely and pleasantly surprised that not one bit of the "preparation for battle" was necessary! Gary (Skip) was professional, kind, and personable. We directed the conversation and the needs we had in a vehicle, not Gary. It was great. We will definitely head back to Highland Park Ford when the time arrives. We have and will continue to recommend the dealership and praise the amazing service and experience that we had with Gary and the dealership.

onOn March 18 I had my car serviced at the Highland Park Ford/Lincoln dealership for the first time. I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased and impressed with the outstanding customer service I had received there. Brian, at the front desk, went the extra mile to answer all my questions and I had many, many questions since the car was a car I have just purchased. His patience and knowledge convinced me that HP Ford is the dealership I want to do business with from now on. Taking ones car in for service/repairs is never fun but Brian managed to make it enjoyable.

onI am sure that you already know how wonderful Mr. Matt Price is. But, let me just tell you that we are a limo company and we buy ALL of our cars from him because he does his job not just well but above and beyond any other car salesman that we have ever gone to in our 25 year history of being in business. He makes it easy, flawless and fast. Then the next step is to go into Jesse Morzy, the finance managers office-just as efficient. All papers are ready to sign-in and out of his office in 10 minutes. A great crew! You should be proud that they represent you so well.
