Nice new vehicle. Sales team member was great! Their method of financing is very different than other dealerships I've purchased vehicles from. They do not offer manufacturer special financing rates (even if you have good credit). They do financing through Capital One. I now believe they do this because they are likely one those dealers that get a "buy rate" from Capital One and then add additional interest on to the Capital One quote (which the dealership keeps for themselves). High pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties, etc. If you tell them you don't want a particular add-on they may tell you they'll just "throw it in"- when in reality they might still charge you for it - but they visibly decrease your estimated monthly payment by (possibly?) tweaking the interest rate they tacked on to Capital One's. Please be prepared for all of this. Shop around - there are dealers who will give you the interest rate you deserve with fewer shenanigans, read all the details and charges carefully before you sign anything. You could potentially save yourself thousands of dollars.

This is an excellent dealership. They bend over backwards for you to make sure you are happy. I live an hour and a half away from them and have no problem making the drive to have service done at their place.

My daughter has worked with BJ Shelton for 3 vehicles, she always raves how he is down to earth and was genuinely a great person with always having you in mind when helping you pick your vehicles. I know BJ did everything in his power to make sure I wasn't not only happy with my purchase but comfortable. He explained things so we didn't feel uncomfortable or pressured. I cannot say enough great things about the service we recieved at Steve Schmitt in Highland IL! From the time we walked in until the time we drive off in our 2017 GMC Terrain we were welcomed with smiles and was given the help we were told we would receive. BJ was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing working with him & Vince in the future. Thank you for everything thing BJ!
