We all have to be patient when dealing with labor and material shortages. Perry was prompt with the news of my new truck arriving and the team there was very accommodating in preparing the truck for us to bring home. After the sale the service kept going with scheduling our paint protection and other work we wanted completed. I would recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business.

My husband and I we're looking for a new truck so went to Weber Ford. We were trying to make a decision on the truck that we wanted without having to compromise on the options. Chris Phillips was our salesman and suggested that we order a truck instead. That way we got all of the options that we wanted and didn't have to sacrifice any of them. He walked us through step-by-step of the the ordering process and kept us updated of the status of the truck when it was being built. When the truck came in it was everything that we had want it. Tim Coffman is a consummate professional with that little bit of small country humor. He made the best of our nightmare ordering of the F150 Powerboost vehicle do to the chip shortage. We ordered it back in June. Knowing it could be a long time. It wasn’t his fault because the shortage. Just maybe this will wake up all the manufacturers across the world not to be dependent on foreign sources. Build your own plants on your soil. Tim was thorough with showing us features on the truck which is at first overwhelming but you just have to play with the features. It’s new things and technology, which I’m a technology junkie. He reassured us to call anytime if we have issues. He was able to do all this even with battling with his lung issues. We really appreciated his kindness which we could tell was sincere. Keep up the good work. Tim knows how it’s suppose to be done buying a vehicle. He didn’t use pressure tactics. He knows what people want without hassling you. 😊

We worked everything out before we got there. Alex told us what he would be able to keep the payments at. We agreed and drove 135 miles. When arrived we were greeted by Tim a very helpful and friendly salesman. They made the customer feel important. They were laid back and reminded us of the old mom and pop stores. They restored our faith in salesman. It is refreshing to know that there are honest salesman out there. When ever we are again in the market for a new vehicle they will be the only dealership that we would go to. Great overall experience! I dealt with Alex Carver who stayed in contact through the whole process. I drove 125 miles to purchase a truck from them. Paper work was ready for me before I even looked at it. Once the test drive was completed, myself and family with 3 kids under 5 were in and out in less then an hour. I hate buying a vehicle. I mean, I love the end result, but hate the process. I just want to snap my fingers and have the vehicle back home in my garage. I hate the game, the manipulation, and the stereotypical, condescending salesperson persona. After wasting 8 hours of a vacation day at other dealerships in the STL area (taking off from work to truck shop), I finally arrived at Weber Ford around 5 pm. I brought with me, a cynical attitude and a negative outlook. I was immediately taken aback by my sales consultant’s (Alex Carver) positive demeanor and his dedication to making the rest of my buying experience not just tolerable, but enjoyable. My experience was low pressure from the beginning, as Alex suggested I test drive a few different trims to be certain I was buying the vehicle that was best suited for me. I understand a dealership has to make money, so I don’t think I’m an unreasonable negotiator. But Alex made the adjustments necessary to facilitate our final agreement on the purchase of my new 2021 Ford F-150. For that, I am grateful. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Weber to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I know I’ll be back!

This dealer is very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to try and get the color of the car I wanted. The salesman answered every question I had, and went over every feature on the car with me. He provided many parking demonstrations and tried to help me figure out if I could lock the keys in the car on purpose. Overall, he was a great salesman. After purchasing my car he also set my phone up on it.
