Paul was always so honest and upfront with me, even if the answer was “I’m not sure we just have to wait”. Which I appreciate so much as almost all other dealerships will just lie to make you feel good. Ray Chevrolet is HONEST as their top priority over the sale. I also appreciated how you let me back out of the Luxcare before the coating was applied. You have my loyalty for these honest and good practices.

Ever since I started going to Ray Chevrolet to get my vehicle serviced, I have had the best customer service even the sales team are extremely helpful. They are the staple of what a dealership should be. The Libertyville Chevy by worst experience I've ever had at any dealership avoid it, go to Fox Lake for anything

So, in October last year (2022) , Wife and I started looking for the replacement of her Chevy Trax because her lease was ending soon, we live in Vernon Hills hence looked at few cars in Libertyville Illinois, especially at the Chevy dealer, looked at smaller jeeps as well because our other car is a Grand Cherokee and in the mean time we got a call from Ray Chevy, we spoke to their longtime manager named Ryan. Ryan and I go way back, in last 10 years we have bought 4 cars from them, he is a gentleman and a good friend, so wife and I decided to go there and look at their inventory. Ryan asked his sales representative Robert Wilson to work with us. That was our first-time meeting with Robert, what a great guy he is. First, he was not pushy like other car salespeople out there, he worked with us in fact him and Ryan practically helped us to get into a 2022 Equinox and gave us the deal of the time. We are so grateful to Ray Chevy, Ryan, and Robert for making it happen for us when everyone else out there was trying to charge the premium price. Will highly recommend Ray Chevy.

John at Ray Chevrolet was AMAZING. He was super friendly and didn't oversell. He listened to what I wanted and didn't stop until he made it happen. As a woman we can sometimes be screwed over in the car world. This was not the case. I told him my stipulations and he met them. He is super friendly and will make you smile throughout the process. Not once did I feel we were wasting each other's time. If you are looking for a new car or just seeing what is out there, he is your guy. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thanks again for making my wish come true. :)

The team there is professional, knowledgeable, and just makes car buying fun, specifically Rupe Ayala who I have had the pleasure of working with. Spending time going over all the small details of new car, answering questions about the car. My next vehicle purchase wi be at Ray Chevrolet and I will be looking for Rupe Ayala as salesman.

Purchased my second vehicle from here, this time a 2020 Silverado. Talked with Kayla on the phone who set me up to meet Ryan. Upon arrival I was greeted by Guillermo Ruiz who explained the process and ended up leaving with a new truck. The financing was seamless.

George Zakrzewski is the best auto salesman I've ever dealt with I bought a new Chevy Silverado there back in November and called him up at the end of March because I needed a new jack took kit (5th wheel hitch installer lost mine and denied it) George had service department order up a new one at no cost to me! That's service after the sale.

I was looking for a truck I wanted for months and Tim Roberts helped me the whole way sending me possible trucks and describing the differences and what would be best for me. He called me up one day and said he just got a new truck in and I would love it and he was right. I ended up buying the truck the same day I test drove it and tim worked hard to get me the rate I wanted and comfortable experience. Great guy and great place to shop for a new vehicle. I love my 2016 gmc 1500 Sierra slt z71 Thank you Tim roberts

I received excellent and honest service from this dealership. There was no bait and switch no games played. I traveled over 300 miles to this dealership to see a ZL1. George and Ryan treated me respectfully and that is why I recommend highly Ryan CHEVROLET in Fox Lake. Try them and see for yourself.
