FIAT of Metro East

Just bought a new Fiat 500 Sport from Leah at Lou Fusz Metro-East. The buying experience was enjoyable with no hype or pressure during this or previous visits. Having purchased a couple new Saturns (96 and 98) at the location in the past, we already knew the dealership was a very well-run facility that is focused on customer satisfaction and care. As a non-typical car nut, I enjoy tinkering with older Euro-cars, and currently working on building a decent Fiat 850 Spider from 2 cars, both '73 models. Previous to this "challenge", I fixed up a 1981 Spider for my son, including wiring to modern specs using relays instead of the original Fiat wiring. It has been transformed from a weekend run-about car to a reliable daily driver (Yep, grasp that if you can). Spending a year locating parts (both old and new) from various states (lots of eBaying!) and many hours of hands-on work was part of the fun. I developed a liking to the Fiats as I became more involved in the process. I couldn't help but check out the new 500's when they were released here last year, and bought one for my wife (her 50th birthday). She loves it!
