Service good…sales not so much

The free service offered by Hyundai is great. The facility is new and clean. The service and sales staff are professional and courteous. Very little wiggle room when trying to negotiate a new car deal. Lost my business to Rosen because of it. I was told loyalty was the GMs priority…that’s a joke. Shop around before buying here.

My sales guy Alex was VERY patient and understanding. Alex went above and beyond to help me get into the SUV I wanted. Alex greeted me in the parking lot before I ever made it inside, he's also called after the purchase just to see how things were going. I will be a returning customer.
