I was interested in a Grand Cherokee, went in and drove it, asked for a price. "Sales manager", came over, refused to give me a price unless I signed a form saying I would buy it. When I refused and told him I was working out my own finances, he tried to pressure me into letting him call my bank, to set up a loan of the amount of his choosing. He wouldn't even agree that the sticker price was what the car was available for. I think he thought I was wasting his time because I was in jeans and work boots. Honestly, my boots cost more than his crummy suit. Their loss, I took my business elsewhere. Stay away from [non-permissible content removed]. Been shopping for cars since 1982, this is the worst experience I've had.
Brand New Challenger Scat Pack!!!!!!!!

Went into Elgin Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealership today and was interested in leasing a new Dodge Challenger RT/Scat Pack. The customer service here has been excellent. I came in with a few challenges in terms of financing and they were able to get me in a payment that I felt extremely comfortable with. The sales person I worked with was Adonia and the Manager was Sean. The entire sales process went very smooth, no pressuring and very respectful. I appreciate all the hard work Adonia and Sean went through to get this deal done for me. Now I will be cruising in my new challenger for the rest of the summer. We will for sure be back to this dealership for our next vehicle. Thanks again!!!!

Gary Kendall is literally the best car sales consultant I’ve come across. After a car crash which left my car totaled, I had visited countless dealerships in search of a replacement and all I was met with was shady and incompetent reps. If all sales persons were like Gary, they wouldn’t get such a bad rep. Seriously, when visiting this location, ask for Gary Kendall, simple as that.

Normal Expectations Met

Was in and out within 30-Minutes once checked in, but I thinks it's crazy that Jeep would charge their customers a fee to turn on power (through a software update) to the ALREADY factory Installed Tow Hitch Wiring. Then try to charge $170 for a 15-minute software update... Talk about nickle and diming your customers. You pay +$40K for their vehicle and you have to pay them to turn power on to the already Installed wiring harness... I mean it's not like they don't promote the Jeep Grand Cherokee as a Vehicle with "Best in Class" towing performance.

The staff I encountered were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. Arranging for an appointment was easy and efficient. The waiting area was very large and I felt comfortable being able to social distance appropriately which was very important to me.
