Great Service

Dealership personnel are always friendly and prepared to service my vehicle. Recently I brought the truck in for oil change and tire rotation, then told service about driver bucket seat moving while turning corners. Mechanic found a service bulletin and ordered kit to repair seat. Great people doing a great job of keeping my truck prepared for the road. I am extremely pleased with driving 60 miles to have maintain my relationship with Braunecker's in Effingham.

Great Buying Experience

Have been looking at Buick Enclave for the wife for several months. The wife found one online and we went and looked at it Saturday 10-23-2015. After test driving it and talking numbers we bought the vehicle and pick it up today 10-29-2015. The whole experience went very well, there was a some paint chipped of the front lower bumper and it was repaired. The vehicle was clean and a full tank of fuel. The salesperson Bryan Cox was very helpful by showing my wife some of the features of the vehicle and setting up the XM, OnStar, and getting her phone to work with Bluetooth system. All in all a very good experience with all the people involved including finance.
