Good experience with Roy Schmidt. Had unpleasant experience with another dealer in metro east in the past. Soured us on Honda for a few years. RS Honda fixed that.

Called before coming to look at a car and Ernie was extremely helpful. They took the effort to get it off the showroom floor for us to test drive. No surprises during the process or when purchasing the car. They helped with the delivery process as well and were very accommodating in mailing any extra items that were coming my way since I was not from around town. I’m glad I found this location it’s a hidden gem, 10/10.

I Called salesman cat and explained where I wanted to be with the purchase of my vehicle. Cat and her team responded cordially and quickly. I had a very pleasant experience overall. I would purchase another vehicle through their dealership and I will refer others as well. Well worth the 2 hour drive!

Great Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a used 2015 Honda Accord from Roy Schmidt Honda. Because of my work schedule, it was necessary for me to shop on Saturday and I wanted my kids and sister to ride along on the test drive to get their opinion due to frequent trips we take together. Our sales associate, Cat Ludlow, was very accommodating and did not attempt to push or pressure me regarding the vehicle. While there was negotiation regarding the purchase price, the staff was considerate and the vehicle was bought for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda!

Hi, The dealership is very clean and nice inside..Has a lot of cars to choose from..My sales lady Wendy Antrim is the best..We went on several test drives ..She was not pushy nor aggravated with me cause I could not make my mind up..So if you are looking to by ask for her..

Jake along with the rest of the Roy Schmidt Honda staff was very knowledgeable, informative, and upfront about their vehicles and what they had to offer. After finding the vehicle I wanted, Ben Rohlfing helped me with my financing options and thoroughly walked me through every step of the way making everything very clear. This was my second new vehicle purchase from Roy Schmidt Honda in the last 3 years. I had done my research on the new Honda Pilot before my visit and the team was able to offer me a very reasonable and competitive price very quickly. The sales experience met all of my anticipated expectations. The Honda brand is far superior to other brands of vehicles I have driven when it comes to performance, comfort and quality. Clint Antrim is a great guy and a very professional sales person. I have bought both of my new Hondas from Clint. It was also a pleasure working with Doug Mette, the Sales Manager, and Ben Rohlfing, the Finance Manger. The staff is very knowledgeable and the buying experience is surprisingly pleasurable. I love my new Honda Pilot and I look forward to future purchases from the Roy Schmidt Honda team.
