Amazing as always! I have been smitten with this dealership from the first encounter in 08/2019 with Ontario in sales. If you need a new / new to you car Ontario is my favorite. Don't get me wrong I pay attention to what the others do and I am impressed. I just had the opportunity to work with Ontario and he really made sure to listen to what I wanted and needed and then he over delivered. Then I encountered the service department when it was time to get an oil change. I met Carlos. He listened to my concerns addressed them and over delivered. Like I previously stated the entire team is great. I am very loyal to those who have been there for me. Not to mention the Professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm to help. Additionally the smile and positive attitude makes you happy when you leave looking forward to your next visit.

Great Service Support

The service organization at Piemonte Dundee Chevrolet is excellent. I had some serious issues with my 2003 Silverado that could have cost very significant $ that I just could not afford around Christmas. Pete and Jason in service worked with me to get the work done within a cost that I could handle. They also had the work done quickly and resolved all the critical items with my truck. I bought the truck from Piemonte new in 2003 and have used them for service work over that time. This time Pete and Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to get me through a serious repair issue. I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Paul H. Marengo

Rude service nick manager and Chris moralas salesman

Never been treated like a child by your salesman and staff. What a joke! I had wife sick and child in hospital. Was told 380.00 for car on my own. 1800.00 down. Nick and Chris changed deal and rate that was set. Poor crap skills both of them. What a joke. Never recommend anyone to your rude dealer salesman and manager.

Above and Beyond

I recently purchased a used 2010 Chevy from a Ford location. And it's been a nightmare. It was sent to this location to have major work done and Carlos has gone above and beyond. His professional customer service and great understanding of my situation has been beyond amazing. He always is there to answer my million questions and concerns and gives me detailed answers. He treats his customers with such care and with professional manner. He deserves massive kudos. I would definitley recommend this dealership and service center to all my friends and family. He goes above and beyond what he even has to do to make sure his customers are treated the way they should be and things are done the right way. Carlos you have exceeded my expectations of great customer service. Great Great job my friend.

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. I will never step foot in this place again! I should be treated as a customer not some piece of trash. I would be very aware next time you have any service done at this place!

Same old nonsense. No magic potion here..

They have posted numerous adds. All with the typical no money down. NO BS.. And a dollar amount. You " pre-qualify" which really means nothing. The owner says we will work with you. That didn't happen. Got some kid to tell my wife we didn't qualify or our payment would be 500 a month. For a SONIC! Over an hour away one way. No help as above listed by these people. And not even a try for a used car. DONT BELEIVE THE HYPE. .

This place is a rip off.

We bought 2 used cars from here with 50 thousand miles. On Saturday my malibu wouldn't start to go to work- The battery was dead. I lost my job. I just got a credit card to pay 2 weeks ago for 594$ of work for not covered? Now it was a 3 year battery? This place is in it for the Money not the customer. Do not get a used car from here. Thank you.

2014 Impala

Bought a 2014 Impapa. Love the feel of the car. Also test drove Nissan Maxima, but was more impressed by the Impapa. Only service I has was the interior & exterior protection. Was able to schedule that at my convenience. Was given a loaner, which meant I could run my usual errands for that day. My overall experience was excellent.

My car was bought new ..Impala '05...that year. I lost my husband who had always serviced our cars at the dealer. I have recently returned to Piemonte's for regular service, for tires, and this week to service the brake pads. It is important for me to trust the Service Department to be honest with me and yet not make me feel uninformed and foolish. Thank you to Caros who has helped me the last two times I have been there.

I brought in my 2012 Chevy Traverse for an oil change. I had a coupon for a free oil change that I had received at a local fundraising event. It was for a different type of oil than my vehicle uses, but they took care of that for me at no extra charge. They also found a recent Recall issue and handled that for me. Even though construction was going on to make improvements, I was able to work on my laptop using their wi-fi to access the internet. Almost like being at home in my office!! Thanks everyone.

We purchased a 2009 Saturn vue recently from al Piemonte in east Dundee. This was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Everyone on the dealership was friendly, approachable and most importantly honest! The manager Rich made you feel at home and welcome like you were a member of his family! I would definitely refer clients to this dealership and when the time arises we would definitely purchase another vehicle here!

I had been to a dealership previously and had the worst experience so when I walked into Piemonte I was a little hesitant. To my surprise I was treated with the best service and they explained everything about the vehicle I was purchasing even down to the packages and what I was signing. I felt I had more guidance and they guaranteed me a car and never mislead me. Great survive I would definitely recommend them. I even got a hug at the end!! Best people ever!!!!

We also purchased a 2013 Malibu Eco the same day. Joey made us feel so comfortable purchasing our 2012 Cruze we didn't think twice about coming back to him. Joey does an amazing job of making you feel like family and making the purchase as smooth as possible. Purchasing a car in the past has been very stressful and we have spent many weekends going around from dealership to dealership trying to get the best deal for both our trade in and purchase but with Joey and the Piemonte family we feel like we don't have to waist our time, they will give you the best deal right up front and in some cases, even more.

The staff at Piemonte Chevy was INCREDIBLE from the time my family and I pulled onto the lot until the moment we drove our new vehicle off the lot. I would like to especially thank the following people for their excellent service from start to finish: Mike C., General Sales Manager, Joey L., our salesman, Dan C., Customer Relations Manager and Michael B., Finance Department. All of these gentlemen were incredibly helpful and kind to me, my wife and young son. They made us feel at home and went the extra mile to find the car I was interested in and obtain the financing for the vehicle even with my credit being a little more than challenging to get approved.
