Unhappy with the finance department.

I have left several message to have someone call me back.. My call is important and would had needed to talk to someone personally to resolve an issue with my title. Between me and my husband we had purchase 4 vehicle from the Downer's Grove location and thinking about trading in my vehicle but not with Nissan. So very disappointed.

Added my electronic signature to financing documents I never saw. Did not honor the prices we had just discussed. Added 1K to the vehicle price we had agreed upon and charged me 2.6K for a certification that I was told cost less than 1K. This place lends to dealerships' slimy reputation. Car buying is expensive and dealerships are expected to make money. Take your business to someone who will be honest with you and will let you sign on the terms you actually discussed. AVOID!

I accompanied my spouse to purchase the car she's been trying to purchase for quite a while which was the Infiniti EX 35. She finally found one at Bill Kay that had the miles and price she wanted. I have to say from the time we entered the dealership we were treated with nothing but class. As African-Americans our expectations are always low based on the stereotypes and labels, but unfortunately the people at Bill Kay did not live up to those expectations. Steve(salesperson) was upfront, honest and very personable, he put us at ease from the onset, the salesperson(name escapes me) was also upfront & honest. I have to say, my wife & I was pleasantly pleased and she received the car she wanted at the price she was looking for without any gimmicks. Now, I'm looking forward to dealing with Bill Kay myself sometime next year as I trade in my car.

Ask for Joe Hart or Dominic. Awesome team! Not pushy, but offered lots of options for my purchase. Added extras to my deal to go that extra mile! I am very happy with my purchase! Free carwashes, oil changes! Picking up my new 2012 Murano tomorrow, and they made the deal work for me! Highly recommend this place!

Took advantage of the C.A.R.S program (AKA Cash for Clunkers) GREAT price GREAT service GREAT salesman! Jimmy G. treated my family like his own family! The nightmare of going to dealerships and talking to pushy and crabby salespeople was over when we went to BILL KAY. Drove in with a clunker, drove out the with a BEAUTIFUL Nissan Sentra 2009!
