onPaul Ahmed helped me purchase my new highlander and was very friendly and had a great sense of humor . Couldn't believe you had cars with such low mileage and what a great deal for the warranty. I'll never have to worry about any mechanical problem while I own this vehicle. Thank you Paul and Pauly Toyota

onI recently purchased a 2022 Corolla SE from Bob L. at Pauly Toyota. He made the process as painless as possible. Spent considerable time showing me how to use the Apple CarPlay and other features. Very nice showroom too.

Pauly Toyota 2019 Toyota Sienna
by 08/12/2019
onI would like to say that my wife and I were very satisfied with our buying experience at Pauly Toyota. There was no pressure and they even went so far as to make sure our four children were taken care of while we were meeting with our salesman. And as for our salesman, Russ Catt, we could not have been more happy with the way we were treated by him. It's because of salesmen like Russ that we have bought our last two cars from Pauly. We will definitely be using him and Pauly Toyota for our future vehicle purchases.

onFrom start to finish I felt comfortable with Pauly, and well informed on the decisions I was making. My sales associate Ryan effectively broke down benefits, costs, and pros and cons for the options weâd idebtified, leading me to feel great about the vehicle I selected. Processing was smooth, and so far the car has exceeded my expectations.

Great new car buying experience
by 12/09/2018
onJust purchased a new 2019 Toyota highlander and couldn't be happier with the car and the whole car buying experience at Pauly. Jeff B., my salesperson, was, as usual (I had previously purchased a vehicle from Pauly and Jeff was my salesperson), a pleasure to work with. I was in and out of there in no time and was never under any pressure to purchase anything. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Jeff and Pauly Toyota when the time comes

onI had a great experience at Pauly Toyota. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was one of the nicest Ive seen. My salesman, Jeff, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was professional, honest, personable, and provided exceptional customer service. I felt like my business with Pauly Toyota was appreciated throughout the entire process. Thank you Jeff and Pauly Toyota ... I love my new car!

Lied about damage to new vehicle
by 06/03/2017
onPurchased a new Sienna from Pauly. ordered exactly what we wanted. when the vehicle arrived we were told so, and then the same day were told that was a mistake and it was "still in transit". I called every day for updates and finally a week later was told "ok come pick up your new Sienna". Arrived at the dealer to find the van with 57 miles, a chip in the rear fender paint (down to metal), grease smudges on the interior driver's door panel, and none of the protective wrappings you'd expect on a brand new car. I immediately smelled a rat. "what happened to this car?" I asked. "nothing at all" said the sales guy. "why the high miles?"... "oh that's for the inspection drive that all news cars go through"... "ok why the grease smudges"..."oh here let me clean that up for you"...."ok why the chip in the fender?"...."what chip? oh that? not sure...."... "was this car used for test drives? did something happen to it?".... "not at all it's brand new". normally i would've rejected it and demanded they order me a new vehicle. but with the new baby coming in a matter of days I just wanted to get it over with... big mistake!! I later found out the van sustained significant passenger side damage and the entire side of the van had been repaired and repainted from the front fender to the rear quarter panel. the body shop somehow missed the chip in the fender. I confronted Pauly and they denied everything until I produced the invoice from the body shop they sent it to (you see, this was all in the main Toyota computer system and a different dealer looked it up for me). They then said "fine. you want us to fix the chip. we'll do that"... I said "no - I want the new, undamaged Sienna that I paid for. take this back and order me a new one". They refused. and I refused to let them touch the van again --- at that point the relationship had soured and I would never trust them to treat my vehicle with respect. Back to the damage on the van... It turned out the body shop did a shoddy job, and there were multiple defects in the workmanship, including the chipped fender and some other things they skipped. I was quoted $2,300 to repair everything,... On a brand new vehicle! This alone exceeded the 6% threshold of damage disclosure. I consulted a lawyer and was told I had basically an open and shut case to get them to buy back the car for full amount. But with a new baby and a toddler, and a million other priorities in life I just let it slide. NEVER again. Beware Pauly Toyota. But really, this could very well happen at any dealer. I just happened to catch them red handed....

Fraudulent
by 12/30/2015
onEarlier in the month I sent the service department a picture of a piece that fell off our car. They told me what it was and how much it would cost to replace and install. I brought the car in that day. Was called as I was headed home and was told they had order the part and would contact me when it came in. I waited and then decided to call. I got the run around and finally was told the part was in. I confirmed the price for the part and installation. I brought the car in today. I was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, I checked with someone. Got the run around. Finally was told that another part had rusted and fallen off and that it would be more than five times the amount I was quoted to repair. I shared the photo and explained that they saw what had fallen off and the car had been in the service department so they knew what was involved. Spoke to the general manager and then the service manager. I was told that the original person I had spoken with was mistaken. Wow am I glad the "mistaken" person was not in charge of repairing my vehicle as he makes "honest" mistakes that are rather expensive and hopefully not life threatening as we are talking about a motor vehicle.

Repeat Customer

onAfter our Sienna was totaled and everyone walked away without a scratch we knew we wanted another Sienna. We went to Pauly looking for a used Sienna because we had good experiences with both their sales and service departments previously. We worked with Terry O'Gara and were very happy with the experience. Terry really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Pauly Toyota and Terry. This will be the first place I stop the next time we're looking for a car.

onWe purchased a vehicle from Jeff and it was a great experience. We worked with him via email and when we were ready we went in and dealt with him. Other dealers will switch you to a different inside salesperson. I was happy to continue working with the same person. A very positive experience.

Disappointed! 6 Weeks... $3k... Not fixed
by 02/20/2015
onI always had good service experience in the past with Pauly. I have taken my Prius there for service and oil changes over the past several year. However the experience this time was very disappointing and far below satisfactory. Pauly had a difficult time diagnosing my brake failure (ABS & VCS codes) on my 2007 Prius with 123k miles. Their diagnosis strategy seemed to be a "trial and error" approach. After multiple attempts to repair the problem (including a $2900 Actuator replacement), it was ultimately determined that the root cause was in the harness. The harness repair would be $5400. While it's tough to swallow paying $5400 for a brake failure on a under $7k car, I was willing to pay that cost to have my problem fixed. However Pauly wanted a total of $9400 to also cover the cost of the other unnecessary repairs and diagnosis. So to be clear, Pauly wanted $9400 to complete a $5400 repair for a brake failure on a car thats value is less than 7k. They didn't seem to understand my perspective because their justification was that they were just following Toyota's instructions. Somehow that translated into the customer needs to pay for our time and effort even though that did not fix the car???? So in the end, I had to pay Pauly $3120 (Actuator replacement) to pick up my car with the same brake failure it came in with. Therefore I'm $3k lighter and driving a car without brake assistance or traction control. Additionally the gas mileage I am now getting post repair has dramatically decreased (by almost 30%). So unfortunately this leads me to also question the actual quality and competency of the service work. It is unfortunate. I like the Toyota brand and was satisfied with Pauly up to this point. However I was very disappointed that Pauly chose to sever the relationship with a loyal customer over $3,000. I have escalated my concerns to Toyota and plan to notify the CPSC. I'll see if Toyota wants to salvage a customer relationship. Hopefully I will be able to provide some positive updates in the future.

No hassle, no pressure sales process
by 12/30/2013
onDealt with Jeff B. and got a fair deal. He took time to answer all my questions and patiently explain differences between models. Gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced staff members. Jeff even spotted a snow covered road where I could test the car's winter handling. Low pressure environment. No hassle sales process.
