The Sales manager took the request to get the car the same day seriously and made it happen and the salesman drove to get the car for me, so I could bring it home that day. I felt that the staff went above and beyond during my car buying experience. They were all helpful and answered questions and addressed concerns.

Great "New Car Smell" and Buying Experience!

For a new salesman, Zach Bray was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and checked back with me throughout the waiting (for car to be ready to drive home), brought me a tablet, while I waited (not long)... to look at my new Mazda account, Derek from service welcomed me to the family, even the financing department was pretty friendly to deal with. None of it felt like a chore! I liked that I was encouraged to enjoy the test drive and play around with the it! This is the first time I've ever bought my own new car, by myself, so thank you!!! I love my new Mazda 3!!!

Great Buying Experience

My initial conversation with Gale was enjoyable helping explain the differences in vehicle classes and pricepoints. Gale was very patient and understood my process of purchasing a vehicle -would be a few weeks. Gale also introduced me to Tiffany to explain more features of the selected vehicles when he was busy assisting other customers. Gale was never pushy allowing me to make the right decision to purchase the new X3.

The overall friendly greeting when I arrived to your facility, and the knowledge and expertise of my sales rep Irv. Just overall a genuine great guy. I learned so much from him in a short time. I felt very happy with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend Irv to my friends and family. Honestly i wouldnt go anywhere else to purchase a new BMW.

Best SALES Department EVER!

My salesman (James Orton) was not pushy - listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. I did not plan on buying a car that day! General Manager (Tim Conlon) was awesome too! James took the time to sync my bluetooth, register me online, set up presets in my new car of radio stations I liked, set my navigation to my home, my seat settings, you name it!!

I just purchased a 2014 Mazda5 Touring from Anderson Motor. This place is definitely a very unique car dealership. Everyone worked there is friendly and very helpful. We been thru 6 dealership when we are shopping for our Mazda 5, 5 of the dealership will talk bad about other dealership up front and most salesman will put alot of pressure on us to purchase and seems very unpatient, however, at Anderson, they never said anything bad about other dealership and the salesman are very patient and down to earth on what they can do and what they can't do. Also Anderson does have the best price in town and are willing to work with you so you get the best deal and go home happy. I will definitely be back when it is time for me to trade in my other car. I recommend all my friends to give Anderson a chance to help you to find your next dream ride :) Thank you Anderson and specially to my salesman Phoenix N. and Manager Nick.
