onI worked with Jevon and Zuvante to purchase a vehicle. Both were very polite, friendly and helpful. Jevon was not pushy at all and both gentleman were very quick. They went out of there way to get me the best price for my trade in. They offered me $3000 more than the dealership I had previously been at that morning. I was in and out with my new vehicle in 2-2.5 hours. Very relaxed and friendly environment.

Misleading online pricing

onBuyers beware- Misleading online pricing! There’s a 15% mark up (“market adjustment”) on top of advertised prices! That’s $6k above MSRP for an average 40k vehicle (MSRP is supposed to have dealer margins baked in! If not were they just doing public service pre-pandemic?!). Wondering why manufacturers don’t go beyond asking dealers to stick to MSRP & not price gouge customers & take advantage of the pandemic? How’s this different from a gas station overcharging beyond company prices in the name of market conditions?

Everything was very quick from start to finish and Cassandria was right by my side answering any and every question I had! With several tech updates since my previous Sorento, I felt that there would be a lot to learn. Cassandria did great demonstrations and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I drove away. onToday was a great day even with the rain. I was first greeted by Ms. Barbara Smith, which was very kind and took us into the showroom. We sat down at her desk and asked me how can I how you today, I expressed that I had a time today with other dealers and I just want a car with low miles and one that can take me from point a to b from home to work. The car did not have to be new it could be use just low miles. She stated will tell me more about your information so that I can get started and we went from there and she allowed me to print items from my email over to the office. After further research about me and finding out about my military veteran status, she stated, “Mr. Williams you are holding out, you should have told me that at first; we have rebates for the military,” well after that the ball got really started and we took a 2018 Kia Forte LX for a test drive. While on the drive, she explained the equipment inside the 2018 Kia Forte LX as I drove the car around and came back to the dealership. I told her I really like that Kia Forte and it was one of my color choices Silver. After time had passed she asked if I would consider adding a cosigner and I we did and the car came back a winner. Now I am driving a 2018 Kia Forte LX, which I could not have without her excellent customer service and my cosigner. Thank you Ms. Smith!!!!!!!!!!!!
