Lord Obas was Excellent!

Lord took great care of us! We walked in and within 1 hour we walked out with a new Santa Fe at a GREAT price. He was very informative and even gave us a nice treat while we did paper work. He's very friendly and happy to answer any question you might have. All the other Hyundai dealerships wasted our time with negotiating a price but Ziggy the GM came in lower than anyone else. He didn't waste time with silly games like other dealerships. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great deal and experience buying a car. Tell them Travis sent you for a great deal :)

This was my first major purchase. i had went to several other dealerships and everyone wanted 4000 or 5000 dollars down, and Mr. Polo, not only got me a loan with 1000 dollars down, he got me a new 2018 Accent....I cant believe it.....

Excellent Customer Service

I am very big on customer service, it's one of the services that I use to make most if not all of my decisions about a company. The Sales rep or Sales Associate, Lord Obas gave excellent customer service. He was super polite, very professional. He listened to me and offered additional information to help me make the right decision. He made sure that I understood the process that was taking place every step of the way. He also gave a very detailed overview of the vehicle I was purchasing, walked me through using all of the technology and made sure I understood it all. Mr. Obas was very patient and was apologetic if he had to be away from us too long (he wasn't). He made a long process easier to deal with and not really seem as long as it actually was. He was OK with me calling him by his last name and not his first name : )!! Having worked in customer relations before, I definitely know what to look for when it comes to great customer service and He did an excellent job. -LaTonya

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I was extremely impressed with the above & beyond customer service i received from Cortez/Polo. I previously spoke to Cortez about purchasing a car and went to purchase the car on Cortez's OFF DAY., not only did he come in on his day off but it was raining that day as well. Cortez came in and spent a lot of time going over everything, my options, financing, inventory the works! He was very patient, has a great personality, I did not feel the " usual sales pressure or scripted sales pitch" he was genuine. I would reccomend him to friends and family for a great experience and great deal!

You know that feeling, pretty much when you walk in to a dealership, the "sales" vultures begin to descend upon your shoulders before the door even closes. Well, not at R.O. Hyundai. As I entered, I was politely and professionally greeted by Brad Bradford. He was "low pressure" from the beginning. I was interested in a advertised pre-owned vehicle with intentions of trading in my existing vehicle. I liked what I test drove and we began to "crunch numbers" of my trade-in VS the selling price . We were able to negotiate the pricing & value of both vehicles without any excuses such as: "rock bottom price" or "Oh that's the internet price" or "that car was just sold but we have others to look at". I felt very comfortable doing business with Brad. He said he has 20 years experience in the car business and it shows through his professionalism. If you happen to find a vehicle that you like at this dealership, ask for Brad Bradford, He is a top notch salesman.

I would like to thank Zvaunte for doing an amazing job on getting my mom out of a terrible car. He went beyond his duties and answered all our my questions and concerns. Even with me living miles away he was still able to help me right away. My mom came into the dealership and he showed her some very nice cars and finally found the best one for her. I would highly reccomend Napleton Hyundai, my car finally went out on me and we called Mario and Solomon at Napleton Hyundai, they were very quick with giving us our options and very dedicated to finding the car and features we wanted. Looking for my new Accent was a trying experience at most dealerships. At Napleton, I dealt with Bob Westcott who was one of the only salesmen to actually listen and work with me in a straightforward way. Everyone from Bob to Mr. Felder (the manager) and even the employees in the finance office and the people who serviced my new car were courteous and professional. Would recommend!
