I had been looking to purchase a Ford Maverick for about half a year to replace my third gen Ford Ranger because we are expecting our first child and need a back seat. They are extremely hard to find and sell quickly when they pop up but Charlie over at Auffenberg Ford really did a lot of legwork for us and called us as soon as one came in so we have a family truck before the baby comes. He was so kind and patient with us. Great customer service.

I asked a question to the service advisor about the auto engine turn off gas saver mode when you stop for a red light. I had a problem with it that almost cost me to be in a serious accident. She had no clue what I was talking about.

Just had a service appt with Danielle Gates at Auffenberg Ford, Belleville yesterday and again my experience was very good ! The appt. was on time and very thorough. Danielle explained everything that was checked and the results … including any future inspections that could be needed. And I always appreciate show Charlie comes around and visits with the waiting customers and makes you feel valued. I have been with Auffenberg Ford for many years and am a very satisfied customer .

I took my Jeep in for it's 6 month "check-up" and auto butler, and they did a fantastic job!!! I was so very disappointed in the last place it was done, so my expectations for this time was pretty low. However, they did a superb job!! When I left, my car looked like it was brand new...inside and out!!!

A bad early morning experience with a service representative turned out to be one of the best days of my week..... In bringing my car in for an auto butler appointment, the service representative I talked to seemed rude as if he didn't want to wait on me. After collecting my information, the next step would be waiting for my vehicle. Since I was not familiar with the service department waiting area , I needed directions. The service representative without regard to the fact I was using a walker, pointed me toward entrance of the waiting area that required using steps. ....... I would not be able to manage steps with a walker. However, there was a kind gentleman there also waiting for service who saw my predicament and walked with me to the entrance of the waiting area that was accessible for people with a disability. I wasn't feeling very well and decide to speak to the dealership manager about my experience. I explained what happened. He said that behavior was not acceptable at Auffenberg Ford and he would address it. AND INDEED HE DID. While waiting for my vehicle, the service representative that initially waited on me actually came to me and apologized for his treatment of me. The apology was acceptable. I FELT GOOD ALL DAY!!!!! KUDOS to Auffenberg for caring about customers. I am a 50 year plus user of Ford products. From 1969 to present, I've had three Exployers, a Thunderbird, a Gran Torino, a Capri, and Ford/Mercury Cyclone GT. I am still feeling good. by the way, the service was great on my car..... A satisfied customer!

Needed to have an oil change and tire rotation before a trip to Pennsylvania for family reunion. Asked that the AC be checked as I would dislike losing cool air in the middle summer. Everything was done to perfection with a complimentary car wash to top it off!

Alexis communication was on point. I asked her questions, and she answered them. I had a problem, and she took care of it. Alexis, keep up the good work. I would have given Alexis 5 stars. But I tried calling the financial departments. Couldn't talk with anyone. I received an email from James Logston and said I get a packet in the mail to title my car in 2 to 3 weeks. I left messages to call and just received an email. No great customer service. I want to talk to a live person, not communication thru email. So that's why I am giving Auffenberg 1 star. When you call all their phones, go to voice mail. So I will keep purchasing my cars from St. Louis, where I can talk with a live person. I wish i could do business with Alexis she was great. Very friendly service. My advisor (Travis Johnson) was great. Return on the vehicle for an $18 part was a little disappointing tho. Dropped the truck off at 0700 and had to make last min arrangements to rush to pick up after being notified right before closing, although I did appreciate getting it back before the weekend. I also thought the $200 an hour rate was a little steep as well, compared to other local shops that are certified in the area. Fortunately you guys were able to work a little with that to make it more reasonable for what was being done. Friendly and mostly convenient service is what keeps me coming back to you guys. Not to mention the trust that I have in the work that is being done. Thanks for what you guys do!

We stopped in on a whim after scouring every app and website known to man. I’m glad we made the decision to use Auffenberg over our previous dealer. Alexus was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend her! The rest of the staff was amazing as well. The thoroughness of the finance department was much appreciated. The service department was good on their word and we left with what we wanted and will definitely come back in the future. They were much better than our previous dealership.
