So excited for my new carrrr! Ah, it drives like butter. I test drove it and fell in love. Mark, my salesperson, had me drive a few other cars to make sure I really loved mine. They didn’t even compare! Everyone was super helpful & friendly, and while it took a while to get everything finalized, I didn’t even realize the time flying by. Mark & I chatted about so many things, he was attentive and interesting. The finance guys were super helpful too, (I talked to a few) they answered all my questions and got me the best price! Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Lou on our recent used car purchase. Lou had amazing customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and paid attention to detail. I can be a hard customer to get to what it is I am looking for and to commit to a huge purchase like this. He took his time and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Great experience at Raymond. This was my 2nd vehicle purchase from them. My salesman was Lou.M as was the salt of the earth kind of guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the Silverado I was looking at and eventually purchased. Thumbs up Lou.

Everyone knows that purchasing a new car is exhausting and stressful. I wish that I could say that about our recent purchase from Raymond Chevrolet. We had the pleasure of working with a really kind, patient and great salesperson that I just had to share so that others can experience the same. Lou Mostaccio is just the best! He did not give us the runaround, there was none of the stereo typical "car salesperson" gimmicks or pressure. It truly was one of the best car purchase experiences we've had. In fact, ALL the sales people, managers and lot attendants are a class act! We are customers for life all thanks to Lou!

A pleasant experience

After a catastrophic breakdown of my work truck, I had to find a replacement ASAP. I found a used Jeep Wrangler online at Raymond Chevrolet that fit my requirements for Price, mileage, etc. I contacted the dealership to make an appointment to examine the vehicle, upon my arrival I was met at the door by Honorio Diaz who brought me to sales pro Derek Kryszkiewicz who immediately had the vehicle pulled up for a test drive/inspection. It was exactly what I was looking for. upon arrival back at the dealership I was met by G.M. Van Neff who helped get me to the price I needed. Well details and paperwork were being taken care of, I was met by David Rich who took care of the extra service (undercoating) that I wanted to ensure the longevity of my purchase, then on to Bob Vrakus for finance, x-tended warranty, and the finalization of my deal. The entire process was fast and hassle free I was treated wonderfully by everyone that I dealt with and this was an EXTREMELY PLEASANT buying experience! A big THANK YOU to all involved I got exactly what I needed.

Worth the trip!

For me, Raymond is hundreds of miles away. However, it was definitely worth the trip as the vehicle was actually better than advertised and everyone throughout the process was top notch. I dealt primarily with Lou, and he made me feel at ease and was a true professional.
