My salesperson was excellent. However, I was told by a manager that I would receive a change on the vehicle. That there would be a minimal charge, if any charge at all. I did not get that change. He told me what I wanted to hear, to make the sale.

Always Great Service!

Dave in the service department is always great, and very helpful. Excellent. When I'm ready to trade vehicles, I won't hesitate going back to Quality Buick GMC. I bought my first Buick with Quality.., and I'll definitely get my next one there. Very satisfied customer.
