Taylor Chevrolet gave us fantastic customer service as we bought our Suburban from them several weeks ago. After several months of shopping around at most of the major dealerships in Utah, I had to go to Idaho to get the buying experience that I was hoping for. The Utah dealerships gave us the run-around and passed us from one closer to another trying to shoe-horn us into a monthly payment instead of letting us attempt to settle on an actual purchase price. The people at Taylor Chevy quickly and honestly answered our questions and we were able to easily come to an agreement on a purchase price. The salesman and finance manager that we met with were courteous and helpful and we walked out of the dealership with keys in our hands, smiles on our faces and a beautiful Suburban to drive home in. Thanks Taylor Chevrolet for providing a great experience! (And showing Utah dealerships how it should be done!)
