Great experience

great experience, low pressure and they gave me time to decide, they had exactly what we wanted and really went out of the way to make sure we understood all of the features in the truck. They followed up after the sale several times. I will go back again for my next purchase for sure. This dealership is not like others where they go back and forth to someone in another room to make the deal we worked with the salesman and got it done. Very happy overall!

We took our car to Hirning for the first time to have an oil change. They completed the job quickly. After changing the oil they vacuumed the car and did a fantastic job washing the vehicle. The price was even lower than the franchise oil change places!

We purchased a new 2013 Buick LaCrosse from Hirning Buick in April. The staff were great to deal with. They were personable, low-pressure, and we believe we got a fantastic deal on the car. We love the car! We highly recommend buying a car from this dealership.

No Pressure Sale

In over 40 years of car purchasing, I have never had a better experience. There was no sales pressure. The salesman at Hirning stated the facts, of which he was very informed, and let us do our own decision making. When it came to signing papers, we were courteously asked if we would like more options, but not pressured. It was quick, easy and a highly pleasant experience. My husband and I like the way they do business at Hirning GMC!

I started the service with Chris and she was not helpful at all. Then Randy took over and he was very helpful and got the work done for me. I recommend using Randy and avoid Chris when you want work done at Hirning.

I bought a used vehicle and had an issue I called service about. My vehicle was not under warranty but that did not matter to the tech they wanted my problem resolved and went above and beyond and stuck with me until we found the problem. They are great to work with and have my business for life.

Easy purchase great service

I found two vehicles I was interested in on their website. Took my family down one evening and took a test drive. They gave me a fair deal and arranged very good financing. Shortly after our purchase I noticed a slight problem with the finish on the steering wheel. One phone call and it was taken care of. Great service from our salesman, sales manager, and follow up service. They have definitely got my attention as a customer.

2010 GMC Sierra HD

Went online looking for a Sierra HD with a inside color combo. Found it right there at Hirning. Sent an E-Mail asking about it, condition as well as best price. Received a reply from Jordan and a few days later I was off to Pocatello. We met with him took for a test drive. The rest is history. A real pleasure to do business with. No pressure sales very friendly people.
