Very efficient and painless used car buying experience. I found a vehicle I was interested in on-line and called the dealership to have it placed on hold until I could go by that afternoon to have a look at the car. Eli (the salesman) was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was patient and forthcoming with any and all information I wanted to know about the vehicle. Kudos. I returned the next day during my lunch hour and Mike and Kate had me out with the vehicle and paperwork completed in about 30 minutes. Again, well done! Overall the experience was very good. The only recommendation I could make to improve the service would be for the dealership to make certain the interior of the vehicle being sold is cleaned before sale. I didn't mention this because I was in a hurry but it didn't appear that much time was spent cleaning and making the interior of the vehicle presentable for sale. The exterior was in cleaned condition, having been washed the afternoon before. I would have rated this experience 5 stars had the interior been clean.
